He's not a regular, he was just logged into the server. Everyone did it in the firsts days.</sub>

What he did is DMing, which is a server rule offending. It is not tolerated, even if he is new.

In the first days, he should be acknowledged about some regulations or some things.
I'm not saying that he did right, in any way.
