The Reason of re-open case: Propablly i couldnt explain my self the report was about TinMan not about Dylan and warnings at that time Dylan and TinMan totally another side cops and dont have any communications together,it means the Officer TinMan dont have any idea about Dylan warnings it means whenever he come he powerfully used his power and killed me.lets make it clear we all know that even Dylan , he wont support me in that case.but the point of result i totally dont like it i put here another report and i want to take care that case again to you someone else handle it.

1. The story about i was at East Side Heroin Spot for heroin,then Mobius,Makaveli and friends tried to kick me there,i move in to the spot and Dylan come there as you can see on the 1st evidence chat logs i pm him about they'll attack me thats why i'm here. then he got me i was ordered heroin here thats all clear .After that Officer TinMan was there He step out from his vehlice and Use peppery Spray since i got 10 Percent HP,then ,i have to ask about investigation constantly killed me with bare hands. There was a many ppl here witnessed and They all are my enemies and They all ready to support TinMan here. I reported that guy here bcoz of its 2nd time to get constatly killed by that officer.

A verdict has already been given. If you really want to carry on with this, you can always take this case to the courts. However, you can not keep on reporting as you'll just get the same answer

From the moment you were suspected you had exactly 60 seconds to surrender, in that time, five warnings were issued to you by all officers on scene including TinMan, but you failed to acknowledge them by using either /hail 1 or /gu (or climbing into a police officers car) so lethal force was used. There were no duty violations committed by Officer TinMan.
