okay.. i have made an decition... just because my friend did some noob stuff and Jose Martinez didn't ask me properly before he posted im going to ask Gandalf to Delete my account so i can make a new one and start from scratch.. After my new account i have to get back my License/Passport and other things before i will apply again after playing a while without someone having to TOTALLY RUIN MY DAY! ... so..

I saw this guy deathmatching randomly for no reason, also ramming, shows poor knowledgement of the rules in my view.

I advise spending more time learning the rules and laws of the server and region.

I believe you need more time to get an idea how SAPD operates (we the guys in dark blue!).

Learn the regulations and carry out cop work to the best of your ability in the meantime.  This will give you the experience to make it into SAPD and will also give you a chance to really see if its what you want.

lol man.. that wasnt even me playing... I borrowed the computer to my friend while i was down eating.. when i was back up he  had 6 stars and i just had to run away/give up.. unfortunaly cops killed me before i managed to /Gu thats the truth just as you know..
