STATEMENT IN REGARDS TO THE CLOSURE OF THIS REPORT
 
On 29/08/2013 at 14:46 a report was submitted by Sam Rosso as a lawful citizen of the United States of Argonath.
 
Since then, an investigation has been conducted by the SAPD command staff member:
Sergeant Joel 'Mega' Treharne
 
The summary and conclusion of the report has now been decided and will be released to the public.

- Officer FurMan has Failed to reply to the report and the report will now be closed without his input
- Officer Mircea Montague used the incorrect ramp at Mulholland Intersection violating a Direct order by Chief Paul Hernandez
- Officer FurMan used the incorrect ramp at Mulholland Intersection violating a Direct order by Chief Paul Hernandez
- The use of the incorrect ramp also meant the officers broke the law, which is against the ARPD Rules
- The fact that Officer Montague had his Lights on is Irrelevant, the officer should have driven along the grass to avoid putting the public in danger.
- Both Officers will be Suspended from their duties for 1 Day
