I Sergeant Max Lewinsky will be handling your report on Officer Owens.  Just to let you know he is not apart of any department as we have merged them all into a division called Metropolitan.
He is a member of the Special Weapons and Tactics division.

Have you notified him of the report against him? If so we shall await and see if he responds, if not I'll contact him and make him aware of it.

Yes I did use the wrong ramp that one time because I was out of my mind and didn't know where I was going, which is why I tried to correct my path halfway. Ironically, I was talking with Loris abour wrong ramping while doing it.

Hello Michael.

It's pleasing to see you have acknowledged the report and even more so admitted your mistake.
I hope it won't re-occur in the future, as you are a Police Officer you should be respecting the laws of the road and upholding them, if we are caught breaking them then we just show a bad image for the whole department.

As this is Officer Owens first report (from what I can see) I will issue him a verbal warning on his usage of the Mulholland Ramp.
I can now safely say this report has been closed and I do not wish to see another on the same subject in a short time.
