Epanetrics Emergency Services (Complaint)

Ive received word that Epanetrics Emergency Services is being ordered to shut down due to case(Ignoring a Call? We did not!) we were not aware of...and I would like to think that since this is a roleplay server we go through a fair trial. Epanetrics Emergency Services is appealing the case. Epanetrics Emergency Services will not be closing and I'm taking this to as far as I can go.

Side Note: This is my complaint. I'm not understanding why Epanetrics Emergency Services was ordered to shut down. We have about 30 plus members who are wondering the same thing. Either way we are appealing this...we are not going no where.

Last group that ordered ignoring of ARPD calls got closed ...

This group MUST now close under ARPD Commissioner Orders due to working against Argonath Rules.

All Law Enforcement groups MUST come under ARPD regulations or be denied on this server..

This is something that can not really be appealed.

It will be ...and again we are not going anywhere...either way Mike. EES did not even get a fair shake. Why would EES ignore a call on purpose? I hope the members of ARPD see how sneaky you guys are on your command staff! We will not get bullied , this is far from over...

Keep in mind if you continue to represent yourself as a "department" or "police force" in-game, you will be suspended from duty for 7 days with no questions asked. The ARPD will not work around your schedule, but quite the other way around.

Mike that is fine. Unlike other people I'm not going to kiss your butt and say "Ok". I'm not a child like 80% of the people you work with. I'm an adult and I will be respected as such as you would want to be aswel. I also have chat logs (on Skype) of me speaking with Admin/Mod Teddy in a Skype call of this incident.

I do hope you realize that we do not close groups over a small incident such as this. If you have not yet figured it out, this was a result from a long investigation involving your "police force" (which again, you will not represent yourself as one) However again, it is not up to me if you refuse to comply with orders from the ARPD Commissioner, we will simply take action if it continues.

Long investigation? Over what? Wrong ramping while chasing a suspect? "Ignoring" a call when there was an communication problem? It's not fair and I'm reporting this to Argonath main server website.

This was in no way me representing myself as a member of administration. I was speaking out of respect, as a member of the FBI. I don't know the extent of the polices side of the investigation but clearly if the ARPD commissioner himself has stepped in then they've made their case. CBFasi is wise and been doing this a long time, I would trust his judgement over this manner and respect his wishes.

I suggest for now, you close the group. Restructure it and take legitimate applications. A group can not succeed with numbers alone. You group was a group of quantity over quality. You tried to have large numbers however that isn't the best. The best would be small group, filled with quality members. Take for example the FBI, we review very deeply each and every applicant, sometimes for months at a time before we make a choice. We take only those who we know and have confidence in that will preform the best. Unlike EES, which was advertised to be accepting everyone who applied. A number of which players who only registered that week with little to no experience. Another thing is loose the mentalty that you are not apart of the ARPD, and are not subject to its rules, regulations and chain of command. As I stated in the chat I wanted to see your group change, and do better and clear up the 207/training mix up and lapse in communication. I also reminded you of the chain of command, which must be respected at all times while you are on police duty as well as the constitutional duty.

With what I've just said in mind, close the group for now. Rework everything, create a legitimate application process which screens for quality, dedication and interest, set standards for moral conduct, set standards for behavior tolerance, and ensure your groups regulations are in line with the ARPD rules and fully observes and respects the server rules, and constitution. Once you have done this, present your changes to the ARPD commissioner and ask for a second chance, this time keep to the standards, new regulations and keep with the idea of quality over quantity.

I'm not going out like that Teddy! I feel as if ARPD is afraid of the potential EES can bring to the table and actually giving people chances. Which explains the reasons you guys are trying to have a private organization shuttdown without warning. Telling me that that was just you just saying that to us in skype out of respect of "FBI" does not make sense. Don't insult me Teddy, I thought you were better than that when you clearly let the situation go. I'm sure CBFasi is a wise guy but everyone makes mistakes. I can only imagine the B.S the command staff fed to him/her because of your rp "power". EES is not perfect but overall it's a new group! It's a shame that people are not taking the time out to try and help these members instead of always working for yourself. EES is and will always try to strive on helping new members. We are not official. We do not want to be official...We are private organization working within the Argonath regulations nothing more nothing less...

Any group created with sole purpose or intention to usurp or who appears to usurp the power of official groups of the ARPD, including SWAT, FBI, SAUD and any further to come is not acceptable.

Groups made for the purpose of working together or making tasks which are not covered in the actual ARPD or by its groups are authorized.

I personally don't know about this group or even care, but all I know is that you ignored the warnings that were issued by the ARPD CMD (FBI / SAPD).
And after all in conclusion, you get what you frankly deserve.
