1. [EES]Makala_Sparxx - Basically, I found her and Jared_Garver trying to tow a civilians car away for no reason, I watched and walked over to them and confronted them. I got SAPD to come and help me and the civilian so that he wouldn't be hassled by the money hungry officer, who was attempting to fine him for something he didn't even do. When the SAPD handled it, Makala decided to flame me. I have a screenshot and some chatlogs available. available.

Basically in these, Makala spams the radio and insists it's RP even though Teletubbies. wasn't even agreeing to it.. his car wasn't even illegally parked as I have observed.

She is avoiding the report. She then placed a hitman contract on me.

After consulting with upper command a decision has been made in regards to this report. The reported officer will be given a warning to act professionally whilst on police duty however no further action will be taken against him. This is because the evidence provided shows the player flaming (clearly in a none-rp manner) on police duty, which is a matter to be handled by administration, not SAPD.
