Mircea_Niko & =AVt=Tom_Jones - Ordering heroin, abusing of power

Description of events:
On 16-07-2013 around servertime 18:36, Officer Mircea Niko and Officer =AVt=Tom_Jones have comitted a crime.
Both the officers ordered heroin and officer Tom clearly handed over 5 grams of heroin to Mircea. As far as I know, that's called dealing drugs and is not allowed to do as cop.
Officer Mircea gave me a warning to leave in a very rude manner, namely: ''[18:36:28] Mircea_Niko(74) shouts: YES I DID, BACK OFF NOW!!'', which I wasn't really amused of.

If it was not all bad enough, officer Mircea suspected me exactly 9 seconds after giving me the warning and started spraying, officer Tom can be heard saying ''[18:36:39] =AVt=Tom_Jones(46) says: Sir last awrning'' after Mircea suspected me already, that shows how fast officer Mircea made the false decision.

When my cousin attempted to stand up for me as he saw I was being abused, by saying: ''[18:36:55] Baase(11) shouts: HEY LEAVE HIM ALONE!!'', he got attacked by officer Mircea, who in a rough way pulled Baase out of the car and suspected him.

The carjacking part got reported but didn't take care of. My words can be confirmed with the screenshots below.

Reason this is reported so late is because I have sent iMarkz the report personally in the time this forum was down. He promised me to look at it, but I suppose he didn't find the time to do so.
I hope appropriate punishment will be taken.

 let me first clarify some things that need that.
1. There was a D.E.A operation that had the aim of patrolling, securing and sealing all of the heroin spots all over San Andreas.
We guys saw you there and immiedeatly got down to take actions in case further illegal acts are to be committed.
We got down, parked, secured the spot. You and your 'friend' approached and we became alert. We warned you to back off, you did not comply, suspection was apply. Then we told the same to the other guy, since you guys are NOT allowed at a heroin spot. He did not comply either so he got suspected. Carjacking is allowed to get the suspect out of his vehicle, ask anyone from administration, FBI or SAPD Command. We applied and followed the procedures correctly, no mistakes were made. One of you guys ordered and the package I remember was collected by Tom, and forwarded to an FBI unit that reached the scene with a black Maverick.
2. The 5 grams of weed were confiscated from a suspect and he had to give me those so I can forward them later to FBI or SAPD.

 That is all I had to say, I am open to questions unless they are offensive.

You told us nothing about it, the above chatlogs are all you said.

We guys saw you there and immiedeatly got down to take actions in case further illegal acts are to be committed.

What? You say you saw us standing at the heroin spot, you came to us, and we approached you? I think you're the one approaching us here. Don't try to twist the story, please.

We warned you to back off, you did not comply, suspection was apply. Then we told the same to the other guy, since you guys are NOT allowed at a heroin spot.

As the logs show, you gave us no time to either respond to your request or walk away, because within 10 seconds we were both suspected and attacked.

Carjacking is allowed to get the suspect out of his vehicle, ask anyone from administration, FBI or SAPD Command. We applied and followed the procedures correctly, no mistakes were made.

You had carjacked Baase before he was suspected, also, as you could see on the picture, he was pretty far away from the heroin spot, which makes the suspection even less legit.

We weren't the ones to order the heroin. You, Mircea, was the one who ordered. You clearly stated that after I asked you if you did on 16/07/2013 at 18:36:28 - Let me quote: ''Mircea_Niko(74) shouts: YES I DID, BACK OFF NOW!!''

Also, on none of the pictures nor logs you can see/read about an FBI member. Do you have any proof of an FBI member coming to confiscate the heroin?

Hello Dario, is there any update after my last forum PM?

EDIT: Dario informed me in-game that Paul is doing some checks.

Due to the fact that this happened in a temp server, we cannot find any evidence to say that both officers are guilty.

So, we will take under review both officers and I close this report for now.

If we'll find officers doing so from now on, we'll include this report for the punishment assigned.
