Me and Cadet Tim_Hill, was patroling around heroin spots when we saw that Officer Vito was alone at heroin spot, so we got closer and saw that he was ordering heroin.

I can confirm, that the information in this report is valid. As we came, we spotted an officer (Vito_VenditoT) at the heroin island, when having a closer look, it turned out that he was ordering and collecting heroin. I noticed the package, but failed to get any pictures of it. After he collected it, he went away. When S.O. Ross asked him to hand over the heroin, he refused multiple times and at the end just ignored us.
