I was going on road i didn't saw back so i went in second line and officer rammed me then suspected me when officer Flameman unsuspected me officer mircea again suspected me then flame or team_Louise Told me to complaint on Arpd forums

   Hello there,

 So.. Let me explain. I was going down the Market Boulevard when I got you infront of my cruiser. You were on the left circulation lane, so I switched to the right one. You immiedeatly turned ahead of me and crashed me and yourself also into the wall of the filming studios. I initially tought that it was a mistake, but after the crash you continued blocking me from going on. I took in consideration the fact that you assaulted me with your vehicle, so I applied suspection. Yet I have typed the crime wrongly, and I asked FlameMan to unsuspect you so I could resuspect for the correct crime, as you can see in the screenshots: ''resuspection for proper crime incoming''.
   You continued moaning afterwards and I am not sure, but I think you started running away and you eventually got shot dead. So this has to be considered a non-RP report I guess since you died.
   This was my side of the story.

Bjoker, I have a few questions for you;

1. Did you evade the police after your suspectation?
2. Were you killed while suspected?
3. Do you have any other evidence against the officer?

No i was just standing cause i was taking to an admin and he was just spraying but i didn't took ss of it and yes they killed me because by mistake i pressed space when i finished talking to an admin and they just blast my ass and no i dont have cause i was taking to admin and i didn't got time to take ss

   Alright, let me clarify some things.

   First of all, San Andreas default jumping key is Shift. If you changed their order, I have no idea.

   Secondly, judging from the screenshot, we did not touch you. After the resuspection I remember that you jumped, we sprayed you, then you,pressed Tab to escape the spraying <it was obvious>, and ran away on the pavement on the left of the screenshot. At least me, I am always warning before shooting or spraying/beating. Yet you refused to surrender and preferred the hard way. You were slalomming between all the officers to prevent shooting you. Luckily, we shot you dead few seconds afterwards and the roleplay has ended. Also, me and Daniel are very experienced officers. For instance, I have been working in the Law for almost 3 years now.. I know what I see and I know what I do the most of the times. Plus, you declared that you have just jumped and got killed instantly. Well, this scenario May be possible in some cases. Let's take for example the fact that you are low on health, surrounded by cops. You jump, and an officer has quick reactions, and shoots you because you practically evade. Fortunately, this is not the case so..
 
   Thirdly, why did you rush desperately to administration? ''hey mircea suspected me for no reason''. First of all, administration could care less about this since it is not their job. Secondly, this is a roleplay server mate. You have to roleplay situations all the time, not just tell admins desperately that you have got suspected...

   To sum it up:
   
   You damaged my vehicle, rammed into me, considering it was a mistake;
   You continued to do it afterwards, reason I applied suspection for;
   You have got unsuspected at my request, because I typed your time wrongly, and as you can see in the screenie, Flame was the admin I asked for re-suspection: ''You have been unsuspected by FlameMan(12) for resuspection for proper crime incoming'''
   I resuspected you for the correct crime
   You refused to comply, jumped, resisted arrest and ran away
   You started slalomming between the officers that arrived afterwards, including me and Daniel, in order to escape, or just to troll us;
   You got killed after enough warnings given;

   Considering the fact that you have died, this report should be ignored. Yet it can be considered a NON-RP report, since, as I mentioned hundread of times, you died..

STATEMENT IN REGARDS TO THE CLOSURE OF THIS REPORT

On the October the 26th 2013, at 09:48 HOURS a report was submitted by Mize as a lawful citizen of the United States of Argonath.
Since then, an investigation has been conducted by the SAPD command staff member:
- Lieutenant Alan Demarest

The summary and conclusion of the report has now been decided and will be released to the public.

-No evidence has been brought forwards towards Mircea Luciano that indicate he did anything wrong.


-- In conclusion, no action will be taken towards Officer Mircea Luciano

If the verdict of this report seems unfair to anyone, you can report this to a Deputy Chief via the ARPD Forum PM and we might reopen the case if your argument is valid enough.
