Jeremy_Bobbits - Halting Emergency Vehicles C3 en route to a life-threatening emergency call for "speeding"

Description of events:
Me and my partner DamienT were both on-duty paramedics for Argonath RPG EMS. We were dispatched to a Trench Rescue Assignment in Doherty, SF. ARFD and ARPD were already on scene attempting to extricate the victims. It was reported that both were injured. We responded lights and sirens from All Saints General Hospital to SF. When we reached Doherty, SF, we were pulled over by Officer Bobbits. He told us that we were speeding and endangering the public. We told him "We are enroute C3 to a call". He told us "It doesnt matter, you are endangering the public". He said if we continued to respond C3, he would suspect us. He then said leave and ran me over. I jumped out of the way but sustained minor injuries.

Not related to this specific case, but this officer has continuously breaking the laws and rules and abusing his rights in the line of duty. I've seen him ramming people around, speeding, shooting standing suspects (admin related case) and denying all the statements against him in an immature way (flaming). Unfortunately I don't have any evidence nor have I witnessed this case but there are several people that have seen his actions.

I can confirm this.
My post is also not related to this case but however, I want to post a chatlog regarding officer Bobbits.
Yesterday, Officer Ben Rosso and me where doing a patroll and saw that officer Bobbits was driving reckless and speeding.
I've warned him in the radio (as you can see in the chatlog below).
It seems that he doesn't know how a cop should act, therefore i hope that he receives a kick out of the SAPD.

If the command to ban players from being on cop duty had worked as it should, Jeremy would no longer be a issue.  Unfortunately the cop-ban issue is still to be resolved.
I've had many reports in-game from Officer's negotiation towards him from myself and others has failed on multiple occasions, he doesn't want to listen. 

Once the command issue is fixed, he'll be removed from duty soon as possible for a lengthy period of time.

In regard to the report itself, he is already being handled by our staff time and time again, he is being handled, and will continue to be.

Case closed, officer is currently in the midst of multiple suspensions in which he will not be serving for a long time. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
