Possible witnesses: All the officers that have taken action by catching the suspect and the suspect himself.

Evidences (SS):

Date: February the 7th 2014

Kind regards:

Frank "Khm" Pentangeli

Well hello is it I, Lewis Church.

I admit that I was using a Jester during the pursuit of a firetruck which lend me to avability to be able to PIT him as fellow officers failed during the pursuit and I admidt it was against regulations, but the problem is that I was at the LVPD and almost every single squad car had no fuel so then I picked up a civilian vehicle, in this case a Jester and then drove heading to the DPD. When I was on the LS-LV highway I spotted the pursuit and I though I could help even though I had a civilian vehicle because Officer Cyber was following him in a camper because the suspect's vehicle was a firetruck, it went all the way to the Sewers where the Elegy was trashed by around 3 vehicles trying to ram the firetruck, so then someone dropped me off at the LSPD and continued the pursuit on a Police vehicle.

Good evening,

Officer Cyber has 24 hours to leave his statement here, if he fails to do so the report will be closed and a final statment will be made by the SAPD command regarding it.
Officer Lewis, the ARPD Commissioner CBFasi, clearly stated that '' if a criminal passes you when you are in a civilian vehicle your are NOT to chase '' (Click Here ) Do you have anything else to say about your case, and also were you patroling with officer Cyber, since i can clearly see you both on the unmarked vehicle.
