Description of events:
During a traffic stop, Officer Travis had responded to a situation where his assistance was needed. Afterwards Office Travis decided to get into his cruiser and leave. I told him that he couldn't leave as he was still needed there until he proceeded to tell me "he didn't need my permission to leave" or "He may leave the scene as he wishes because he responded by choice." He later tried to tell me that we were same rank and i couldn't over power him, however i responded with that me being first on scene I had taken charge. He continued to tell me on how "I may leave as I please" and after I told him that you should never just leave a RP situation, and that I never had all power it was just that he responded to a situation I requested help for. In the end he told me that he was going to report me to the chief of police. Officer Travis is disrespectful and believe he may "do as he please" and that he can use the SAPD chief as a threatening tool for which he no reasonable bounds to report me for.

As the officer being reported, I'm replying as I'm aware of this report. I'd like to add a witness. [RCSO]Chaplin was a witness of the "/r" chat, as well as being explained the situation Live via Teamspeak, Shooting was present as well.

I've already spoken to  Sr. Officer Ben Rosso about this, and we both agree to the fact, that:
1. DarkShadowBlade had no right to be "bossing" around an officer the same rank.
2. Control myself, making me stay at the situation, after I decided to pull up to investigate.

Common sense is apparent to both.

What you fail to insert in between, is how I DID help you, then when the situation was calmed, I left. I do NOT need permission to leave the situation, as I did NOT respond because of you. I was on Teamspeak with Shooting, and he requested I check it out. I, as Ex-SAPD and FBI, know the procedures, and in fact have them memorized. No where does it state I must obey to someone my current rank. My bounds for reporting you, are irresponsible actions as well as disrespect. I wish I could add Lack of procedure knowledge, but sadly I cannot. I've made Milano aware of this report as well, and if the investigation officer needs info, I'll be glad to give it to them.
