What I hate the most are greedy people, who try to get everything out from a situation as they can.

In this particular situation, although I should been sleeping now rather than writing this, is nonsense. However, I was roleplaying a traffic stop when this Fernando came and randomly without any roleplay stopped and robbed me almost 2k which I did took atleast a day or two to earn literally. After robbing me, I suspected him, and tried to chase him down as he ran with an ambulance. I got him out of the vehicle and he ran in LSPD garage (not inside, but parking lot), then he got into a vehicle, and I was shooting the vehicle and he ran over me... which is pretty much vehicular assault + evading + robbing me. Afterwards, he kept saying he wanted an investigation, then I called an admin and admin told him to comply because  = evade - no investigation =. It took me a few mins just to get him down to the cells, because he was walking slow on purpose. I did not warn because he ran over me (vehicular assault, evade and robbing aswell), and I did not /mir because in /mir it says you get a lawyer and in this case he doesn't because he did evade, and yet again evading = no investigation...

I asked the driver that was a fireman and was heading to LSFD after a fire if he wanted heal, you were distracted so I /pickpocket you. If ya is using that as a reason to break the protocol is not my fault.

2- I was going slowly down the stairs because I was speaking with Slavik, it was not on purpose, and you did not RPed that you was arresting, if had done so I would be forced to RP (eg. /me Beings the suspect by his arm.).

3- And /mir should be used every time you /cuff.

STATEMENT IN REGARDS TO THE CLOSURE OF THIS REPORT

On the March 26, 2014, 15:45:02PM a report was submitted by Fernando Tlinga123 as a lawful citizen of the United States of Argonath.
Since then, an investigation has been conducted by the SAPD command staff member:
- Sergeant Celso Williams

The summary and conclusion of the report has now been decided and will be released to the public.

-- Officer Dan Corelli for not following Protocol/Guide Lines.

-- In conclusion, officer Dan is receiving an official warning for not reading the Miranda rights to the suspect, also for not providing a Investigation.
No actions will be taken against officer Dan about the shooting, since the suspect clearly evaded on a vehicle which made officer Dan, attempt to disable it has soon has possible but I do advise officer Dan, to in future situations to always WARN before shooting.

If the verdict of this report seems unfair to anyone, you can report this to a Deputy Chief via the ARPD Forum PM and we might reopen the case if your argument is valid enough.
