Description of events:
It all started when the Lt. informed to come go to LSPD 2nd floor command office. I was being harassed and hazed by him throughout this discussion with him. He began to tell me that I was disloyal to the SAPD because I submitted personal information to the SAPD Chief. This "personal" information was actually a Google Document that detailed information about overthrowing the SAPD. This meant that Vince at the time was planning to take down SAPD Chief Mike, and take down various other members of SAPD Command. His new SAPD Overhaul operation involved putting himself as Chief, putting SeanC and Cane to SAPD Capt, and taking Trane, Caion, Hamza, Celso, Pazeinza, and Sam Smith all out of SAPD Command.

Luckily SAPD Chief Mike found out about this situation and decided that It needed to be dealt with immediately. SAPD Chief Mike ordered me to send him the document that I temporarily had access to. I sent it to him as I followed orders. Lt Vince was blaming me for this, he was getting very angry and he was trying to manipulate me and turn this one sided conversation we had into a blame fest on me. He tells me that Sgt. Nexus Riggs has amended for his "mistakes." What he really was meaning was that he can't bully Nexus_Riggs like he can bully me because Nexus_Riggs is in Command Staff and I am not. He tells me that SAPD Chief Mike had no authority over his personal files. I find it odd how it's somehow it's ok to him if I didn't submit that information to SAPD Chief Mike because he wasn't "his chief" The very same files that included scrapping SAPD Command Members and rushing himself to SAPD Chief in some awkward fascist movement.

 Later in the conversation he said that I sent a PM report to Capt Rusty who i entrusted to deal with the situation that I was seeing with Vince when he was provoking Training Sgt. Milano. This report detailed a lot of information that included Vince abusing his Retired-Deputy Chief status to order around other officers. He was constantly bashing everyone on police radio and telling them that they should "10-3" and "shut up," This was all before he became Lieutenant. The report was sent shortly before he was a Lieutenant too. I told Capt Rusty that he should share the report I wrote with SAPD Command because as rules and regs. follow, I as a SAPD Officer can discuss anything I feel uncomfortable with, with SAPD Command (Including Upper Command). Vince is a manipulator and he likes to abuse his power, he tells me that I need to "publicly" apologize for something that I didn't do wrong.

This is pure hazment. I am being hazed by this SAPD Lt that was reinstated constantly. I am being bullied by someone who brings their personal anger and frustration and bashes and bullies someone else. He took out all of his rage on me because he couldn't do it to Sgt. Nexus_Riggs. Later on in the conversation he states that I am blaming the ARPD Commissioner but in fact, that report stated that I was questioning the fact on how ARPD Commissioner CBF would reinstate Vince. That was because Vince and CBF are friends, long time friends and I felt like Vince is abusing CBF's friendship to try and to advance himself into the SAPD. Lt. Vince doesn't care about Argonath. He thinks that I have an aggressive tone (when surely those who talk to me on Teamspeak or Skype know that I am always calm) and in the end of our conversation if one looks closely at the chat logs.

They can see that Lt. Vince shut me up near the end of the conversation because otherwise he would've threatened to fire me. I did as so, but found out that this was just so Vince could vent out the rest of his anger and make me seem like I was the bad guy in front of multiple people such as Drix, Trane, DamienT, Nexus_Riggs, and Kaseem. However right before the end he said that I should take the night off. I felt as if this meant I was going to be suspended... Suspended for nothing... I tried to talk with Lt. Vince but he refused to listen and he just kicked me out of his office and told me that I was suspended until further notice... In conclusion. Vince is a very manipulative, rude person that is using his "New" rank to try harass people that apparently did something wrong to him before he was reinstated. I also must state that I never disrespected absolutely anyone at all.

Any respecting SAPD Lt. would not abuse, harass, and haze a SAPD Officer who can't do anything to defend themselves from such high ups. What more I want to state out was how fast Lt Vince submitted that suspension for me on the forums. Right when I /q I found that it was already there... Kind of raises the suspicion that he was going to suspend me anyways but just wanted to make me look like such a bad officer so he could have all the more reason. I also feel like stating that the lack of witnesses is due to other officers such as Leroy and Drix telling other officer to leave. Seems as if they want to isolate me so I have nobody to defend me.

. I also feel like stating that the lack of witnesses is due to other officers such as Leroy and Drix telling other officer to leave. Seems as if they want to isolate me so I have nobody to defend me.

Regarding this statement - I did not know they were witnesses, i requested them to leave due that i found multiply officers near the office and that was unnecessary and they were requested to get back on patrol, and resume their officer duties. I do apologize, but as far as i noticed Damien reported to me that he was 10-7 and i replied Understood and let him finish his business there.

Posting as a witness, though I don't understand why this is a non-RP report since everything was done in character, not out of character.

Lieutenant Vice set up a meeting with probationary officer DarkShadowBlade to discuss the bad blood that was between them and asked me to take care of the security detail - a man can never feel too secure, after all.
From what I heard through the door, lieutenant Vice was trying to get prob. Officer DSB to explain some of the more bellicose actions he took a few weeks ago, and DSB immediately tried to turn it around on Vince, calling it a personal vendetta and whatnot.
All of the that hostility could be heard from that room was coming from DSB: throwing accusations left and right, jumping to conclusions, disrespecting a superior officer, failing to take responsibility for his own actions, insinuating that he was only acting on orders from the Chief to meddle in affairs that the Chief had no juristiction over, accusing a superior officer of abusing his rank, questioning the decisions of the COMMISSIONER, having no respect for the chain of command whatsoever et cetera et cetera.

The report is not about the Lieutenant having a personal vendetta against prob. Officer DSB, it's the probie who has a personal issue against Lieutenant Vice. He's simply trying to turn everything around.

And here you go with the inane accusations again. Simply because police officers are doing their jobs doesn't mean that they're against you personally. You'd have been pulled over if you had had a completely different name and attitude. IT IS NOTHING PERSONAL, PLEASE UNDERSTAND THIS.

I also back what Oliver has said here - This situation was entirely role-played, thus this report should be in role-play format.

As I was inside the Department, I was also witness to this. I was advised that there was a meeting going on, therefore I attempted to keep people who were not involved away, whilst also being present as a previous command member, therefore ensuring nothing incorrect is being said in the role-play.

I can confirm that everything that was said, by Lieutenant Vince, was in no way, shape or form, a personal attack on DarkShadowBlade. I've been handling situations like this for a long time in the past and in this situation, I saw Vince tried to offer much leeway for the Officer to make an explanation (as well as an apology that Vince said would SOLVE the situation) without involving disciplinary action. During this conversation, I saw many comments which should have never been mentioned by the Officer, yet he chose to multiple times. This is the main reasons why I believe and I would thing everyone present for the entire duration would agree, that how disciplinary action came about, through pushing Vince into a corner, accusing him, provoking him of his authority, until he was left no choice.
In times like this, you remember the days in which you knew if you were to have a meeting with a Command member, you would never, ever try to disrespect them. As they were your superior, even if you may disagree, you should listen and calmly, in due time, state your points, let alone accuse them!

This situation could have had a better outcome, leaving no one up set, should have certain people not have had questioned someone of their authority repeatedly, as well as showing clear disrespect and throwing accusations. Especially at someone who has served in this very Department for years upon years, putting their life and soul for the betterment of all its members. I say again, Vince did not deserve this, no command member deserves this, therefore for any other Officers who ever get involved in such a situation, learn to maintain a respectful atmosphere, it always presents the best outcome..
