Pedro was not a witness nor anywhere near, we first arrived on the scene, pulled you over accordingly as we noticed you were on top of someones Faggio, only to be told you were putting your balls in the Drivers face, we then released the Faggio from the traffic stop and continued to RP with yourself, me and ShawnZ then stated we can do this back at the station, you then assaulted my colleague and ran.

After getting back In my cruiser I proceeded to cut you off whilst ShawnZ pursued on foot, you then hopped over a wall, still trying to run away from us. henceforth the reason I shot you. (and as far as i'm aware, it isn't against regulation)

My witness, ShawnZ. (after he makes a forum acc if this is to proceed further).

Good afternoon,

I am Supervisory Sergeant Milano Alvarez with the SAPD. I will be handling this case.

Mr. Matty, I have 2 questions for you:
1) Was Dominic Rosso a suspect, or a civilian at that moment?
2) Did you fire your Desert Eagle without a warning?

Kind regards,
Supervisory Sergeant Milano Alvarez

Good afternoon Sarge, that's a 10-4, he was suspected at that time, and several warnings were given from my colleague 'ShawnZ'

Dominic is stating that the '/s2's' weren't visible, they were, he was already over 100m away when we actually used the Command, henceforth, he didn't see them, but no, the firearm was discharged after the said warnings were given.

Thanks,
Officer Matty.

Goodmorning, Supervisory Sergeant Rosso here,

With some help with Sergeant Arallian, we have tested some stuff. The effective range of the [/shout] command is 70 metres. You state that you have shouted from 100 metres. The suspect has not heard that in any way. A verdict will be reached soon, do you have anything to add?

Kind regards,
Supervisory Sergeant Milano Rosso.

San Andreas Police Department
5th of May, 2014

STATEMENT IN REGARDS TO THE CLOSURE OF THIS REPORT

On the 28th of April, 2014, at 15:55 HOURS a report was submitted by Dominic Rosso as a lawful citizen of the United States of Argonath.
Since then, an investigation has been conducted by the SAPD command staff member:
- Supervisory Sergeant Milano Rosso

The summary and conclusion of the report has now been decided and will be released to the public.

-- Officer Matty has warned Mr. Rosso before opening fire with standard duty weaponary (STD).

-- Officer Matty did follow SAPD protocol 1.1 but sadly Mr. Rosso has not heard it due to the long distance. This distance was approximately 100 metres, and within 70 metres it would be heard.

-- In conclusion, Officer Matty wil receive a verbal warning from duty and has to apologize to Mr. Rosso for his mistake through a PM (sent a copy to myself).

If the verdict of this report seems unfair to anyone, you can report this to a Captain via the ARPD Forum PM and we might reopen the case if your argument is valid enough.

Signed,
SAPD Supervisory Sergeant Milano Rosso
Milano Alvarez
