Description of events:
I was at Pershing Square when I saw iKhmTheCow_Kolta heading towards my location above the speed limit.
He was suspected for not complying (Solved, he didn't read the warnings); then we RPed a car crash and the 2 officers came. They did not RPed with me while trying to take the suspect out of the vehicle. And instead the got a saw and cuted the suspect's Leg with no reason.

I was RPing to take him out of the car and ASKING for help you did not came to the front glass and helped me.
You just took a saw and cuted his leg with out even waiting to the EMS. (AND THERE WAS EMS ONLINE).
