So after a long while (and a number of IRL affairs) I have made this summary:

James:
The bomb was planted as part of a joke between the Svenssons, and the defendant in this case was intoxicated...
The "impersonation" was a rather hasty sentence said with the same intention.

Second, I have no idea what you mean by 'maimed' the car - I didn't touch the car, fern did... I cut the victims leg off lol that was it. Not sure if you haven't picked up on this yet, but I had no intention of killing the person and thought it was okay RP. Anyhow: maimed = to injure someone by taking off a limb or disabling it. In the log that was given you took control of the saw and eventually killed(?) him. How this was done beats me: that hasn't been proven as of yet.

Oh I understand what it means, I just don't understand how I could maim a car.

And I did not actually kill him. The suspect/victim just went -dies-. And RP died.

STATEMENT IN REGARDS TO THE CLOSURE OF THIS REPORT

On the 22nd of May, 2014, at 13:29, a report was submitted by Fernando Rosso as a lawful citizen of the United States of Argonath.
Since then, an investigation has been conducted by the SAPD command staff member:
- Sergeant Leon Arallian

The summary and conclusion of the report has now been decided at long last, and will now be released to the public.

-- James_Corleone is found breaching regulations by being intoxicated on duty, therefore has been declared guilty for the mentioned charges and will receive a suspension of 2 days.
-- Elisa_Whitewood has left the community and therefore is ruled out.

If the verdict of this report seems unfair to anyone, you can report this to a Deputy Chief via the ARPD Forum PM and we might reopen the case if your argument is valid enough.
