Directed to: SAPD Upper Command

Name: Ronald "Albert" Rosso

Report against:
Pablo_Escobar - Unlawful frisk, excessive use of force/duty power, failure to follow SAPD Rules and Regulations (Driving to the nearest PD station after arresting/dealing with suspects), illegal acts on SAPD duty (sexual assault to victim Michelle Rosso)
Alberto_Escobar - Assisting with unlawful frisk, excessive use of force/duty power, failure to follow SAPD Rules and Regulations (Driving to the nearest PD station after arresting/dealing with suspects)

Description of events:
Michelle Rosso, Ben Rosso and me were refueling and got service from GS9 (Idlewood). Suddenly 2 officers came with blaring sirens and lights, telling us to stay in the vehicle. They stated that there are criminal activity in the region so that they need to frisk 3 of us. As we wanted a female officer to frisk my sister Michelle, they transferred Michelle to Dillimore PD instead of LSPD, and Pablo (female officer) used excessive force on her as she frisked my sister, my sister was harassed to remove all her clothes.

Possible Witnesses:
Michelle Rosso
Ben Rosso
Justin

Evidence:
I require the SAPD Command to show us the security camera footage of DPD Investigation Room (Room on the right of the lobby)

((I have taken pics of it and request to show it as a part of security camera footage after approval from the SAPD Command))

Date: 25/7/2014
Time: 5:30 am CET

I state that the information provided in this report is 100 percent truthful and accurate, I have also read through the report to leader rules and followed all the correct procedure before submitting this report.

Signed,

Ronald "Albert" Rosso

P.S. As requested by the victim Michelle Rosso, may I request the Upper Command of the SAPD to handle this case. Thank you.
Signed,
Ronald "Albert" Gloucester

Thank you for your quick reply, Sergeant Burkov,

I primarily wanted this report to be investigated by Upper Command due to the sensitivity it entails. Though, I am aware of your experience in dealing with sensitive and otherwise important matters, I have no problem with you handling this case. I just want to ensure that this case be handled with extreme care, and make sure everything goes through in an organized fashion. Also, to note I had represented myself to these officers as VCPD Deputy Chief, though the blatant disregard, by the two whom have been reported, of any other departments within our fine country, may have had some influence.

Thank you,
Michelle Cortez
VCPD Deputy Chief

I Ben Rosso, confirm what Ronald said..

Ronald, Michelle and I were at Gas Station 9 when suddenly a PD car stopped.
Ronald and Michelle were in the vehicle, filling up the car.
I was taking a short walk around Idlewood, when I came back I saw two Officers at our car.
Ronald and I were getting frisked etcetera, it looked like we were all 3 heavy criminals.
Officer Justin arrived.
We demanded a female Officer for Michelle, because she is a women.
Pablo and Alberto told us there is a female officer available at the PD.
Ronald and I were in the sultan, following the cruisers towards the PD.
But our engine broke and we lost them, we went to LSPD but they weren't there.
Ronald called Officer Justin and he told us that they were at DPD.
Michelle was in another room with a female officer.
We were not able to see inside the room. So Ronald, I and two other Officers were waiting in the lobby.
The female officer came out and I had to search for her handbag in the car etcetera for her documents.
I gave it to the Officer, couple of minutes Michelle and the female Officer came out.
They said something about a bank robbery and that they had to go.
This is what Michelle told us:
"The female Officer frisked me, but suddenly I had to take my clothes off.
I didn't agree with it and the female Officer undresses me"

We were just 3 civilians filling our car up at Gas Station 9 and It ended with getting frisked.. NAKED!?
Also Michelle didn't agree with it, what makes it sexual assault.
They had no reason to frisk us, and no reason at all to frisk Michelle naked.
No drugs were found in the car, nor in our pockets nor in the handbag.
Also no smell of drugs was inside the vehicle, we were not close to a heroin spot and we were also alone at the Gas Station.

Thank you for your time Janar!

Are you sure we didn't cut the security cam's ? Can you provide it that you reached the security cams with some way,is there's one ,i have to say there was no any security cams in that room,i can confirm it with my partner and another officers at the roleplay scene.

Evidence:
I (Ronald Rosso) require the SAPD Command to show us the security camera footage of DPD Investigation Room (Room on the right of the lobby)

((I have taken pics of it and request to show it as a part of security camera footage after approval from the SAPD Command))

Michelle Rosso told us what happened inside, we believe her.
We are also asking the SAPD CMD to make the footage public and to use it as evidence.
Cutting the camera? Why would you do that?
Michelle Rosso, did u see the female Officer cutting the camera inside the room?
And also, Alberto confirmed that there was one inside BUT that civilians can't see the footage.
That's why we are requesting the SAPD CMD to make it public for us.

[06:30:08] Ronald_Rosso(19) says: I know there's a security camera inside...
[06:30:35] Ronald_Rosso(19) says: Lets go check the security camera
[06:30:53] The security camera can see the inside of the room (Ronald_Rosso(19))
[06:31:04] But civillians cannot see records of it. (Alberto.Escobar(1))

Sergeant Richard 'Janar' Burkov, can you please make the footage public for us, so we can have a better view of what happened inside that room.
Thank you in advance

Hello,

I can confirm Mr. Ben Rosso's statement, and I would also like to use that as the basis for my statement.

I would also like to add that all present officers did NOT cut any wires to the security cameras present within the Dillimore Police Department, as I was both in the room, and outside of the room the same time they were.
Furthermore, for your information Mr. Escobar, security cameras exist in every part of a police station, as required by federal law, especially in an interrogation room. Such footage can be taken from these security cameras to investigate wrong-doing and unlawful interrogation.

Please keep all details of this report in a roleplay fashion. As I have stated above, security cameras are a valid use of "roleplay evidence" as required by Internal Affairs. Security cameras are accessed by the police department (( screenshots taken by persons inside, in the case )), and can be used at any time.

1. We have 4 witnesses for what happened at Gas Station 9 and driving to DPD.
-Michelle Rosso
-Ben Rosso
-Justin
-Ronald Rosso

2. For the roleplay evidence inside DPD we are requesting the camera footage from inside the room.
If the SAPD Command gives us the footage, then we also have the evidence from inside the room.
Because the camera caught it on tape.
(( CAMERA FOOTAGE -> Screens that Ronald made ))
Your partner Alberto CONFIRMED that there was a camera inside.
"But civillians cannot see records of it. (Alberto.Escobar(1))"
We also have Michelle Rosso her statement.

Dear Michelle Cortez can you mind to explain what happened the case that i posted and I got an question to prove it with a solution ,whenever i explained where i get these informations from ,i got shut down my case against the corrupted cops. And I'v done everysingle roleplay while i was obtaining my evidences,The judge didn't count them any of it.

I dont think someone needed to cut the electricty or cut the wires at the DPD ,since they were already not working due of maintenance , i can confirm it with my partners and officers in the Roleplay Scene.

Mr. Escobar,

As that is in regards to another report, in which the closure reason was clearly stated, we do not need to go into the details.
In regard to the cameras "not operating due to maintenance", I must inform you that they were working as intended (( no one during the scenario said security cameras were down )), and have recorded all information.

"Since they were already not working due of maintenance"
Nor you, nor your partner told something about the maintenance ICly nor /em.
You can make things up right now.
You didn't say it when we were roleplaying the situation.
You had the chance when Ronald asked for the security camera.
Too bad you didn't told us that.
So you can make things up right now.
Your maintenance reason is invalid.

That does not affect any active complaint. Should a verdict prove guilty, it will be added on to your existing punishment.

Regarding my complaint of Officer Pablo and Officer Alberto, Officer Pablo stated that they actually transferred our victim Michelle Rosso to Dillimore Police Department, which makes the accusation "failure to follow SAPD Rules and Regulations (Driving to the nearest PD station after arresting/dealing with suspects)" valid.
I dont think someone needed to cut the electricty or cut the wires at the DPD ...

Quoted from: SAPD Training HQ || How to give a training?   -- Pullover Procedure -- Zero-Cooperation
You might run into a driver who fails to comply.  He won't show you his license or vehicle registration, he won't step out of the car and he won't listen to your verbal commands.  It's good to remember that failing to comply is a downgrade of resisting arrest, if they are failing to comply there is a good chance they might run for it if you use force.  If you feel you need back-up on scene to assist you call for it, don't hold back and try to do it on your own.  If you have gone through all means to try and get them to comply you may then use force to get them out of the vehicle, you should then proceed to arrest and search the driver and transport him to the nearest Police Department.

I'd like to ask ,how did you guys find out the evidences since you're not in cop duty in the situation and you dont have any idea ,if there's a security cam, even if there's a one do you know is it working properly ? You did not (roleplay) cut any wires nor turning off the mains nor causing a black-out in the Dillimore Police Department.
