Description of events:
I, Ronald "Albert" Gloucester was cruising in a white premier near Idlewood Gas Station 9 with Diveron Rosso. We were stopped and pulled over by a cruiser with 2 officers inside, named Darius and Craig. They ordered us to get out of the premier and we were frisked. They put all of our belongings we have, including my wallet, a holster with a 9mm, and a Samsing Universe Tab X, and Diveron's wallet, Iphone 6 and keys into the boot of the premier.

Afterwards, a bicycler comes by and officer Darius used brutal force on him, suspected him with a few warnings to tell the bicycler to leave, and then Darius used pepper without warning and after a few rounds, officer Darius pulled out his deagle and neutralized him.

Then we were asked to go with the officers. We refused as we suspected that it is a trap or a robbery or a possible kidnap attempt. I started my recorder and Google Glass, but the officer saw it and put them into my cruise's boot. The conversation afterwards can still be recorded and my CIA recorder is still running, which is injected and undetected. We were taken to LSPD and he refused to give us a proper investigation. He read the miranda rights, just before we entering the investigation room. Inside the room, I was executed brutally with deagle without any warnings, Officer Murt can see it all.

I am SAPD Sergeant Eric Caltson and  I will be handling this complaint from this point. If you can get your witnesses to post on this report, it could speed up the process. Also, if the accused doesn't reply to this report until the 23rd of November, he will be accused of all charges.
Also, do you still believe that Craig was involved in the use of force? He left 4 minutes after it. If so please post a screenshot with time stamp of you informing him that he has a report against him. So summing up:

- Inform Craig.
- Witness to post their testimony
- The accused has 3 days to answer this or will be declared as guilty.

As an accomplice of officer Darius, I assume that Craig had been informed or had known the actions later on and didn't stop Darius from those actions. However, I don't think there is enough evidence to show that officer Craig has any direct relationship with officer Darius.

STATEMENT IN REGARDS TO THE CLOSURE OF THIS REPORT

On the November the 17th  2014, at 15:18 HOURS a report was submitted by Mr. Diveron Rosso as a lawful citizen of the United States of Argonath.
Since then, an investigation has been conducted by the SAPD command staff member:
- Sergeant Eric Caltson

The summary and conclusion of the report has now been decided and will be released to the public.

-- Offcer Darius_Araatus was found guilty based on the evidences posted on this report.
-- Officer Craig won't be accused since he left before the whole action occurred.

-- In conclusion, Officer Araatus will receive a 3 day suspension for excessive use of force, wrong usage of the /su command and, unappropriated attitude towards citizens.   

If the verdict of this report seems unfair to anyone, you can report this to a Deputy Chief via the ARPD Forum PM and we might reopen the case if your argument is valid enough.
