You have 1 witness to the situations you reported me for, and he PMed you. Chatlogs isnt exactly the best proof in a report like this. Fuzzy has a case for himself.

Its not. Fuzzy I said it was me, that doesn't mean I remember every single situation I play a f**king game. And you have no proof, so theres nothing  I can remember.

ID 40, who was indeed a suspect, however, joined the server at 19:20:37 - 7 seconds before the report.
And for your information, ID 40 was previously an on-duty officer. How would you explain that?

You were told to correct your driving style, your response to that indicates how you have no time for driving within the speed limit and in a non-reckless way. We can assume that as a refusal to obey the command to follow the traffic laws.

How am I supposed to know what Su40 was before he got suspected? And theres 17 minutes between those two chatlogs. And there is nothing prooving that I am actually NOT chasing a suspect at this time, which I am 99% sure I did.

ID 40 joined the server (at 19:20:37 CET) while still being suspected. But you were reported to me even before he joined (19:20:44 CET), before that there was no suspect with ID 40, which you claimed to have been chasing. Question is whether you lied to me or you have a damn good explanation for this.

Lied to you? I chased suspect 40 from the moment he logged in then I guess. It sure is a possibility I was reported before he logged in, but how am I supposed to know when I get reported and when people log in? I chased SU40 at once I saw him. And the moment I said I was chasing su40 was more than 11 minutes after the report. I never lied to you, I never said I was chasing SU40 at the exact moment I got reported, concidering I didn't have any clue when I got reported.

STATEMENT IN REGARDS TO THE CLOSURE OF THIS REPORT

On the December the 2nd 2014, at 19:51 HOURS a report was submitted by Jake Parker as a lawful citizen of the United States of Argonath.
Since then, an investigation has been conducted by the SAPD command staff member:
- Lieutenant Scott 'Janar' Martinez

The summary and conclusion of the report has now been decided and will be released to the public.

-- Officer Jack White has admitted being at fault regarding the case of suspect stealing.
-- Multiple witnesses have seen and thereby confirmed the reckless driving style of Jack White.
-- Officer Jack White's attitude shows he has no respect for traffic laws.

-- In conclusion, officer Jack White will be suspended from active cop duty for 5 days.

If the verdict of this report seems unfair to anyone, you can report this to a Deputy Chief via the ARPD Forum PM and we might reopen the case if your argument is valid enough.
