12. Why do you want to join the LCPD?: Ive always liked being a police officer. Ive never been anything else on Argonath. I play on it from 14 to 20 hours a day. (Depends is it weekend or school day). I obey the law, even stop on red light. I have experience, always helping the players that need help. I like keeping the streets of Liberty City free of crime. I'm a great Role-Player. I've had investigations and experience as a leader of a squad on Argonath. I like my job and I respect other jobs. I've been suggested by fellow LCPD officers to join the Liberty City Police Department since I play as a police officer so much.

Thank you sir for replying to me, I will start reporting in from midnight my time zone and I will info about when I left patrol (which will be around 4AM) and back on it around 11AM to around around midnight (since school is on monday). Just to make it as a 24 hours report. I hope I can keep up with writing down on paper how many things happened. Since it's going to be night I am not expecting more then 2-3 regular Cop Baiters to be killed (again for the 83rd time in last 24 hours). But you can expect a long list tomorrow at midnight sir.

Conclusion:
People think they are Rambo and evade even when are not armed, but are surrounded by 5 armed police officers. Found out in game screenshots don't work - switching to FRAPS from now. People still don't know that drifting, driving in wrong lane and speeding is a crime. Many of the players think this is a Free Roam server. Post will be updated until midnight, then I'm switching to 21st December.

I stopped on the red light and Mr. [lucasb] ran into my car and died - Resulted in me losing $500
I was chasing a suspect that I suspected for aiding suspect gaarpa, but while the 5 minute foot chase officer Axeee shot me over 20 times with his pistol in which later, resulted in my death.
I crashed my vehicle into the vehicle of the suspect Deckter [he was mobile] and both went out through the windshield, but I landed in front of Officer Chris Warrener's vehicle which resulted in my death, also the suspect was wasted by the impact.
       

Conclusion:
Officer UareTheONLYone was explained some basic police stuff like: /m,/m1,/m2,/m3,/buy,/pricelist, what's our job and to follow laws even as an Law Enforcement. After he comes back I will show him how to properly pull over a vehicle and suspect him for Evading Traffic Stop. - Admin will be there.
I was paroling for a few hours, it's possibly the first time there was so many players in 3:00am, Over 15 to 25, something like it. It's not easy being a Law Enforcement, but we can't let crime rule over.
The night was very active too.
Players spend money on guns, but don't know that there is a chance they will get out gunned.
When I warn them they do it again with cop baiting. Looks like I have to use lethal force for them to understand that they are lucky this is just a warning.
If the LCPD is wondering how I keep this much data in my head, here's the answer: I have a notebook left of my keyboard, so when we finish the chase or something I write it down.
Why do I chase so much suspects? I don't see anything bad in keeping Liberty City a safe place. And I will continue to chase every law breaker, I will suspect everyone that makes a crime, I will continue, being a police officer.

Sir, with all respect, I felt I need to reply to your comment.

My attitude is "defensive" to anyone that calls me a money grabber, corrupted officer, cop abuser for pulling them over because of a law break.
But sure, from now expect me to let them insult me over /pm's saying im a faggot and a money grabber.
Is it a money grabbing for shooting a suspect that ran on foot?

I pull over a man for speeding, reckless driving, he failed to comply and impersonated a federal agent, pm-ed me later "Dont u know how to RP money grabbing fegit" - I don't think it''s a valid reason to do these 2 things and say you were "RP-ing". Sir, the hostage situation was 3 days before I applied for LCPD, I am sure that after I cooled off from all the rage (cops speed jacking, not listening to Angela and getting into the Burger shot, calling us abusers) I did not make a similar mistake ever again.

Yes, I did say that day that it was a mistake to let my rage speak instead of me, but I have learned from it and since that day I am a better man. I know it was wrong and I know it never happen again, or even similar to it.

Conclusion:
Officer VincentV was my partner even before I applied for LCPD, I must say that he is a great Law Enforcement and a I am glad to have him as a partner during the day.
Suspects are abusing the right that they can to be warned 1st time and spamming it every time we pull them over ( The abusment is lead by Martin_(forgot name- will find out), I am pretty sure I warned EVERY SINGLE player that already was there when I re-joined the server this month. I am going from now, every time I see them say "U have to warn first time, I was never warned before." (By checking the patrol reports u can see they have been warned multiple times a day, even chased. If i see them spamming that sentence, I will /su them ASAP. Martin was warned 5 times by me this month. This is an advice to other fellow police officers: Being a good man once, repays you in the head. If he is not a new player [Same hour of how he joined], /su them for failing to comply and let them learn that we are not toys. We are there with a reason, not to be abused by players "freedom of speech".
Today, suspect Michael_Boninno kidnapped officer SleepyDippy, the operation that extracted the victim was lead by Gullveig, nicely done, everything was fine. Good thing no one entered the house this time so the hostage was extracted safely.
Server was very inactive today from my field of view, at 8pm it had less players than at 1am usually. Players were very aggressive today, Steam_Genovese followed me and my partner for about 2 minutes by vehicle. He turned everywhere we did, when we turned the sirens off to pull him over, he drove off and when we reported he said to me "I was following the new player", only thing that he forgot to think about it, how was the new player near us, since he was on other part of island, driving north to the small island. He was cop baiting, his excuse was "abusing siren". No admin talked to us, but this is possibly the first suspect in my life that can't make a good lie. If any administrators see this please respond.

Dear Chief Latch,
I forgot to say this when I started the application and patrol reports. So instead, I will say it right now.
On 2nd January 2015, I will be going to Sibenik (Croatia) that's around 600km's from my home town, for a break from Serbia and enjoy the no-school time. As well as to recover.
So expect me away from duty until 17th January 2015 (if the date changes I will report in ASAP). And since it's a 2 weeks vacation I won't be taking my PC with me this year (simply because of some reasons I cannot explain here). But I will of course, visit the forum on my laptop, daily.
Yes, I know it's on 2nd January, but it's never too early to report in, as well as inform the rest of the LCPD, server administrators and fellow police officers.
Until then, I will be posting the patrol reports as well as read the replies I get on this application.
Once again, this is a holiday that I am going with my family (did same last year but staying less this year due to my request we come earlier - for Argonath).
