please can any 1 tell me what should i do and what should i have to be swat please i need the help fast

When you see "[SA:MP] Letter of Interest" (besides: S.W.A.T. Recruitment - View), click at "[SA:MP] Letter of Interest" and fill that form in.
However, keep in mind that this is just an interest letter.
This means that this is not an application as SWAT is invite only.

When you don't see "[SA:MP] Letter of Interest" in the form list, then you have to become a Senior Officer to be able to fill in an interest letter.
You can become a Senior Officer by making an interview letter here.
Once you pass the SAPD academy, you will be promoted to Senior Officer.

Also, do not forget that SWAT requires certain requirements (this above counts for SA:MP).
