Why do you want to join the LCPD?: I want to join the LCPD because I want to join the serious law, and, because, when I was making Sale Reports at the _z3ims for RP legal objects, I was feeling like I was doing something important, and I want to know I am important at something, that I am not in Argonath for nothing, that I have role here and in life. All that and because I never liked being a criminal here. Even Brian or Younes used to be better criminals than I used to be.

Patrol time:
Yes, for all my patrol time Vincent_Johnsohn, then, for the chase of Nicole: Izolenta_z3im, [APT]Younes. I have patrolled for one hour and 29 minutes(1h 29min).

Incidents:
Yes, me and my patrol partner have seen something suspicious between the Lucchese and The Genovese in front of Packie's(Packie from GTA IV Single Player) house. I tried to investigate incognito, so I can "hear" their conversation. But, unfortunately, I got noticed. So, I tried to run silently so they wouldn't see me, so they would think it was their imagination. But, no luck. I told my partner on the radio I was investigating, that I have seen something suspicious. So, he came, and the Genovese and Lucchese came at both of us and took out some weapons, but not with bullets, just some bats. And they told the other officer the story, but they told him I was sneaking in a private property and I didn't have a warrant. But, I actually was investigating to find out what suspicious thing was hapenning. So, Vincent_Johnsohn told me to investigate with a valid reason next time. The second time, like a half an hour later, my patrol partner came to the same house because he saw something suspicious. The Lucchese and the the Genovese parked their cars, an Infernus or a Turismo and a Sultan RS, 80% on the sidewalk and 20% on the road. Ok, there were two other cars parked in front of a garage, but they weren't the actual problem. The first two cars were the problem, the ones parked on the sidewalk. Well, if we were in San Andreas, this kind of parking would be legal, but, we were in Liberty City, so, their parking was illegal. In plus, when my partol partner told the Lucchese and the Genovese that they parked on the sidewalk and that it's illegal in LC to park on it, they said that it's legal because the sidewalk in front of their home(this is what I assumed it is from what they had been talking). Then, Vincent explained to then that every part of the sidewalk is State property, meaning that the sidewalk is meant for civilians only, not for the cars. The Lucchese and the Genovese kept arguing that it's private property. After that, I explained nicely to the crime families that we are in Liberty City and that in Liberty City we must park our cars near the sidewalk, but, if we were in Los Santos, we would've parked the cars 80% on the sidewalk and 20% on the road. Then, one of the Lucchese(Sole_Lucchese) took out a Barretta and warned us to get out or he shoots. Well, he kept shouting:"Private property!" over and over again. So, the others took out their weapons(well, I didn't remember all of them, just Vito_Genovese and Sole_Lucchese). So did we. We took out our Barretas as well. Then, Sole started shooting me, I shot him three times, as well, then, the RP shootout started. Well, I asked my partner if we should suspect them, and he answered positively. So, I shot them a little more, and, then, I put myself behind  a pole, so I can suspect them, when I got shot. After 1 minute, my patrol partner got shot, as well. So, we couldn't interfere anymore for 15 minutes, acording to the new procedure, which I don't know where it's written. :-( Well, anyway, after 14 minutes, Anita logged in and we told her on the police radio to come shoot the suspects, and she was on her way, when the criminals got unsuspected due to the fact that 15 minutes had passed. Well, it happens sometimes. I don't understand this procedure, though. If someone could explain me this procedure, I would be glad.           

Conclusion:
It was a good start for my first day back, I can say.

Patrol time:
I have patrolled for one hour and 15 minutes (1h 15 min ) with my partners:Anita,  Brian_Gale(not Lucchese anymore), Vincent_Johnsohn,  Mark,  Gary,  Joseph,  Osamad, trev0r and Loon.

Incidents:
Yes,  the long chase of BafoCalliente, it had something weird. I think it was the longest chase ever. So,  we were had been chasing him from MGS to Bohan,  from Bohan to Suffolk,  from Suffolk to Middle Park and from Middle Park to the bridge to Alderley (not the tunnel ) . There,  we were all the cops in the cars and we were trying to flip him, but we succedeed.Then,  we had run from a building which was on the left hand side of the highway,  then,  on foot with m4s,  Barretas and pistols.  All that way we kept shooting him and we kept shouting at him to give up. But,  the bullets seemed useless. He didn't die at all,  and we all  kind of consumed our weapons,  and I accidentally killed Joseph. I was so sorry for killing my fellow. Well, long story short, we all had been shooting Bafo from South to North of the second island. There, uhm, at North Holland, if I am correct, trev0r, who was piloting the AU, tried to land the LCPD Maverick, but did a helikill, reason of which he got kicked by Osamad. Anyway, trev0r got back, and, at a project complex in North Holland(Dwayne's Forge from GTA IV single player project complex, to be exact) the suspect surrendered and started to talk. So, we drove him to the PD in Middle Park(we found a Patrol car on the Highway to Alderney(again, not the  tunnel, the other one). In the car, BafoCalliente told us that he was sorry for having almost full health. And he said we had done a friendly fire! A patrol friend told Bafo that he was lagging like hard, having a 100 ping( what is wrong here, admins?! Pls, fix the problem with people who lag to have full health, even if they are shot 1000000 times. Thx for trying to fix this problem for me and the others, so you can build a better future for LC.) Then, at the PD, the suspect said that he actually didn't kill Nicole, but he was sorry for her death. Then, Anita asked him why didn't he /gu and ask for an investigation, and BafoCalliente answered that he was messing with us all the time. So; he ment that he actually had been trolling us all that time?!?! Well; we asked if he had any last words, and he didn't; and, in the end, he got jailed and everybody got an 100$ share. And, of couse, the admins had planned an RP robbery for [*R]Dino and BafoCalliente. Good job, admins! (y)(like button)

Conclusion:
It was a rough day, but I did protect and serve, actually!

Patrol time:
Uhm, I have been on duty for like 2 hours or one hour and a half. Well, I had been patrolling with Brian_Gale,  [APT]Younes.

Incidents:
Yes. Incidents of faking of being a poor guy, with a disease and being in a life or death situation!  So, let me tell you what happened. So,  I saw Vito_Genovese driving reclessly,  so, I tried to pull him over,  but he kept running. Then,  we reached the bridge from DPD to the second island,  where I have seen that he was having a speed of over 120 km/h. (I was having like 130 back then,  and Vito was way ahead of me,  like with a two car distance ). Well, anyway, when he was trying to do a turn, he flipped and turned upside down, because of his very high speed. Well, when I finally reached him, I got out of the car and I did a dialogue with him. And I asked him what is wrong with him. I asked him why was he driving so reclessly, like a maniac, actually, and so fast. Well, to tell the truth, that guy could have killed some inocent citizens within a single blow at that speed. Well, after I asked him, he started to trick me with a cheap and very weak story that he might be dying any second from that time, that he doesn't have any money, that he is poor, that he is having hard times, you get the idea. Well, I knew criminals from experience, and especially, I had known Vito for quite some time, actually, so I knew he was faking it all, so I wasn't let tricked by him that easily. Because of Vito's possibility of putting in danger citizens' lives, I fined him 50$. Well, I told Vito that I'm thinking what to do with him. Vito said that he sees something dark coming upon him(that guy really thought I would believe such a fake story, that he would die?!) Well, so I contacted an admin, Osamad, actually, and I asked him about the amount of money Vito was having at that moment. Osamad told me that Vito was having like under 100$ at that moment. Next, I asked Osamad if Vito had more than 50$, and he answered affirmative. Well, Osamad confirmed my suspicions: Vito was faking it so he would profit of my mercy and let him run. Not gonna happen, Vito! Well, I told Vito what Osamad had told me, and Vito kept faking, but even harder than before! That guy was playing with my nerves, but I kept my rational judgement and I still asked Vito to pay his fine, because he was having enough money for it. Well, Dany came(NiSaNz) came in a fire truck. Then, Osamad teleported to us. I explained Osamad what happened and Vito kept acting. Well, after that, Osamad told me to continue RP-ing, and I understood to unflip Vito. I unflipped him, then, he started running. Well, I had time to suspect him and ram him two times, but, I couldn't catch him. I hope the officers had succeded in catching this dangerous, actual , real criminal! Even Brian wouldn't have been a better criminal than him. In criminal things, I'm only a noob compared to Vito.        

Conclusion:
It has been a tiring day, a stressful one, I can say.Officers,  criminals have become smarter. They are standing, for example,  at a Gas Station, so, whenyou arrive at him,  he runs in the opposite way of the road . he can escape. Didn't you notice that?! Pls,  we need to go in all directions,  because we are a team. Let's work like a smart group of officers and try to outsmart criminals,  bringing them in one of our traps. If we come up with tricks of our own , we can bring down those criminals faster! And, our job would be much easier.

Incidents:
Yes, a short one, actually. It's too hard to go on subway rails, so criminal got away using rails. And, the criminal was called Nellie, who escaped FBI stop and had rammed FBI vehicles. This Nellie has a problem,  for sure,  because,  even if cops have explained her nicely not to speed and drive reclessly,  she still did. Oh,  and she was following  [Apt]spn,  which is creepy for spn,  because she called 911 several times that she was being followed by creepy Nellie.        

Conclusion:
It's the time I could spare today.

Incidents:
Yes, at my last traffic stop, I didn't have time to finish my RP because redkush had run away and I ran to him to finish(enter as passenger and explain), but he hit me so hard, that I lost 25% of health. Well, I alerted my officer partners, that redkush evaded traffic stop, but, redkush got tempbanned for half an hour for carkilling. It's a solution, too.       

Conclusion:
It has been a normal, interesting day.

Hello,  this is me again. I hope I don't disturb you,  but,  I have a few questions that keep bugging me... So,  first of all: Do I need to put near the arrested/killed suspects if they got killed,  arrested or they evaded? Second of all,  when I relate about the incidents(if they happened), do I need to bring screenshots of moments during that incident? Third of all,  if I need to choose a screenshot programme,  which is better :Overwolf or Fraps . And,  where should I download the app(the selected one from my question), so I don't wake up with unknown viruses. Then,  how to use Fraps /Overwolf to take scscreenshots/duty in-game movies. Now,  my last question is : How to post a photo/in-game movie without a number or size limit? (Without putting them in attachements). Thank you for your accorded time on my questions.

You do not need to put every suspect where you helped killing/jailing, it is your choice if you do. If the incident and the whole description of the situation would be more easily explained with screenshots, you can add them. Again, that is your choice.

As for the screencapture/recording programs, I personally use DxTory. I can't give you any links towards them so you will have to find them alone on the Google. Overwolf is free, so you might go with that. Usually they explain where does the screenshot/video gets saved and how to start it. Some of the information about that you can certainly get on the YouTube video tutorials.

To put pictures on the internet you can use some photo uploading sites such as - TinyPic ImageShack or other. For videos use YouTube

I crashed at high altitude with AU and AU respawned,  because I forgot about the p button.  Btw,  I have awesome news! I'm recommending a new cop that really has what it takes to be a cop and he is a new one!  He is Kinoaush. I invited him to join the ARPD forum. Well,  I think a superior must check on him and decide if that cop is really a good cop for a new one. Oh, yeah! And,  in the end, the servers  (SAMP and IVMP ) have gone offline,  Idk why. Now,  they are back on.        

Conclusion:
I had a weak day... I had better days. Sorry for being a weak cop today,  I can do better. I think it was a bad day  for me as a cop Well,  I had straightened the day and it's not that bad anymore and I need ananFBI staff member or Mihail tomorrow,  pls.Ty.

We have investigated(me, Brian_Gale and Anita ) NiSaNz and Luckduck,  and,  according to evidence taken by Zack_Fair and the things Luckduck said,  we have jailed Luckduck because what Luckduck was suspected for was valid!         

Conclusion:
It was my first investigation and I did awesome!
