Screenshots show you with your combat shotgun which is a heavy weapon which is not needed on a unarmed suspect
"Not needed" doesn't mean a "not allowed". Can you prove the fact that I used it on anyone?

You must be lucky if you make a screenshot right on the moment you fire the weapon.
I am not a part of this but I just want to mention it, the screenshot indeed gives a clear view that you had the opportunity to shoot him when you were aiming at him.
A weapon like a shotgun isn't needed in such situation when he's on the ground already.
Too bad he can't prove it.

Aiming with a combat shotgun on a unarmed suspext which is already into costudy is enough to charge you after a clear warning.

He wasn't in custody as he attempted to murder me. I was "warned" after the situation, don't give me bullshit.

San Andreas Police Department
25/01/2015

STATEMENT IN REGARDS TO THE CLOSURE OF THIS REPORT

On the January 22, 2015 at 17:32:01 pm a report was submitted by Jake Parker as a lawful citizen of the United States of Argonath.
Since then, an investigation has been conducted by the SAPD command staff member:
- Lieutenant Celso Williams

The summary and conclusion of the report has now been decided and will be released to the public.

-- Officer TiMoN is being punished for the use of Heavy weapons in a circumstance where such were not needed.
-- Also being punished for aiming such heavy weapons at a suspect who is clearly not showing any signs of resistance but instead signs of surrender ( Being on the ground ), and also aiming heavy weapons around like their toys, as it can be seen on an picture above, he was aiming his weapon around, maybe even towards fellow officers even if that's the case or not it's still misuse of weapons. ( Only aim at what you wanna shoot )

-- In conclusion, officer TiMoN will be punished accordingly to his actions, and will receive a four (4) day cop ban.

If the verdict of this report seems unfair to anyone, you can report this to a Deputy Chief/Chief via the ARPD Forum PM and we might reopen the case if your argument is valid enough.

Signed,
Lieutenant Celso Williams
