December 2011.Reason :Provocation towards FBI, brandishing weaponry within FBI premises.

June 2012.Reason:Revealing classified information, script abuse

RS5 copbans :
February 18th 2015 ,Reason : Troll (I was skin bugged and had this quick punishement to fix my duty abilities).

I used to be part of LSPD Lower command : Sergeant and had inactivity issues

I firmly state that the above is 100% true and that no third party help was given to me nor had I plagiarized from any source.
I understand that lying on this form can get me blacklisted and permanently denied form the Academy.
I will not act out of line, disrespectful, and/or toxic to the SAPD in any shape or form.
I will adhere to and follow all rules as required by the San Andreas Police Department to the fullest extent without question.
I understand that being suspended from duty (Copbanned) can get my application to be denied and archived.
I will keep calm and be patient at all times during the Academy Student Process.
I will not bother or request information on my current status of the Academy to any member of the San Andreas Police Department
