Report against: Misuse of cop weapons
OFFICER'S NAME - [NP]Monte_Montague

Description of events:
Threre were a few event's which happened.
First- Monte was trying to kill us, so we killed him but affter that when i wanted to /giveup, i headed over to LSPD with a /pm consist of " I'm coming to /gu don't shoot me... Let's Rp this out". When i arrived his was afk. So i left. After awhile i was driving around Lsch when i saw him I get out of my car with no intention of Dming or shooting. He shot me imidealtly but i did not shoot him back so iwent over to a cover and typed " Wtf monte im here to /gu) but he continued shooting me while i was behind a cover. So i had no choice but to kill him. So i went to heal and bought some armor to prevent him from killing me. So I had went back to him and told him the same thing, but this time i did /hide. But he did not rp like the other officers does, Mostly i /gu in the jail. To prevent " please wait to be recuff" Mostly /hide means giveup. But he did not give me a chance to do anything. So he started stepping on me, batoning, and spraying me. When i had no choice but to /gu. He said this in /p " Diveron I tot you said you only /gu in jail " ? " I'm going to leave you here uncuff and see what are you going to do". So i was furious i wanted to DM him but i controled myself.
2nd- I was in a Ice cream truck, i went to the Atm and /withdraw some cash. he took my car and started speeding off, When i told him my car please get out. He did not so i steped on my car. and he /su-ed me for Vandalism, and started shooting me right away. Wtf man ? I'm a SAPD officer myself. There's a procedure which states we cant shoot unarm suspect. I had armor on (IRL how can u see if he/she is wearing a armor) But you know what is the irony ? I was a /gu heading to the cell's he continued shooting me. And when i was jailed he told me" no one gets away with me" .. and started saying on the /p "Im the best cop".... When i was behind a bush checking something, he told me stop copbating when i did not. I was released from cell's so i went to a quiet corner and /me checks if his guns are in good condition."  IRL how can u see what someone's doing when his behind a bush ?
So yeah SAPD Command please handle this issue, Hand him a cop ban or so. I don't really need him to be punished, but please ask him to fix that attitude of his

Player was tempbanned by an admin for crying.
He's the one who killed me.

Did not show clear sign of surrender until he did /hide and then, he was cuffed.
Then afterwards he proceeded to plant a c4 in jail, and I was like x-x niggah...

Anyway...

Whilst he was hiding behind the bush, his friend killed me for no reason. Just pure dming moaners.
