Overview:
There were many LCPD staff members in the city so I decided to host an organised patrol. We had over eight members so we had three ground units and one air unit. We all set out and patrolled together.

My partner was Cadet Johnson. He was a delight. We then notice a speedy blue comet. I follow it and light up my signals. He does not respond however. As I was following him, other units followed along in case he is attempting to evade from us. After a minute or so's worth of following, we knew that a chase would begin.

We chase from the main gas station area. He drives to Charge Island where he then jumps off in attempt to surprise us and evade. He then hits a wall and is in the water. After several minutes of commanding, he attempts to run anyway even though surrounded by over seven police officers. He attempts to get back into the comet but many officers were preventing him from doing so. He decides to take a different nearby vehicle. Many officers followed him to keep preventing his escape. Soon, we shoot him down due to his resistance.

I resumed the patrol with Johnson at the Dukes area. We notice a suspicious limousine. We pull it over and ask for his documents. We take them and we then realize that they have "expired". We request that he get new ones as soon as possible and let him go since he did not show us anything criminal-like.

We all continue our patrol. All units stated their statuses and was working very well. We then get a dispatch call from FBI that a man has purchased drugs. We began our pursuit. He was at Colony Island at the time. Many units rushed to the scene. The man was in a purplish infernus. We chase him for over fifteen minutes. He travels from Algonquin to Alderney, to Dukes and back to Chinatown, where the chase would soon come to an end. When Cadet Johnson and I arrived to the latest location, we see FBI Special Agent Loon also in the cluster. Some officers were preventing his escape. Others were attempting to shoot the man down. After a minute, he then gives up. ARPD Officer Owais then send him to jail.

I request that all officers in the organised patrol go to DPD for the conclusion of it. I compliment them and I especially thank the Air Unit for preventing the suspects' escapes and stating the locations of where we had to go.
