Description of events:
Officer Yakavetta requested me to pull over. He stepped out and wobbled to me, later I smelled the odor of alcohol (Recordings #1 and #4). He had drunk alcohol and didn't listen to me when I told him not to drive (Recording #5). He shouted "shithead" to me and later and pretended it was not meant for me (Recordings #1 and #2).

It seems the traffic stop was just to express his feeling with the violence, curse words and discrimination as he never checked any document or something. As soon as another officer arrived at the scene, he told me to go (Recordings #1, #2, #3, #4 and #5).

Besides that he hit my vehicle twice (Recordings #2 and #3). The driver door has been damaged and repaired for 100 ARD. The costs of such repair will be reclaimed.

Possible Witnesses:
Officier Liviu arrived at the scene; he asked me what he did and told me I should call 911.
Officer Crof drove slowly past the scene.

Evidence:
Recording #1
Recording #2
Recording #3
Recording #4
Recording #5

Date: 21 May 2015
Time: ~18.55 CET

I state that the information provided in this report is 100 percent truthful and accurate, I have also read through the report to leader rules and followed all the correct procedure before submitting this report.

Signed,

S. O'Reilly

The evidence can be seen as dashcam recordings; it's roleplay. No other way to provide roleplay evidence.

The witnesses have been contacted. Forum account of officer Yakavetta is unknown, will do my best to contact him.

Roleplay evidence is such as /me takes out his recorder as he start recording the conversation, if you take screenshots after that it would be valid.

Dashcam was already turned on, you can't force roleplay.

I did drove past the scene, but after the reported officer had left the scene. I therefore did not see or hear anything relevant to the case.

Did you informed the reported officer about this complaint already? 72 hours was the given time to do so you got many more days and still no response given here. You got 24 hours from this moment before I will get a conclusion.
