Overview: I gathered up all available and interested to join the organised patrol units and lined them up at Dukes Police Department. The reason for doing this O.P. was due to recent increase in crime activity in Liberty City. I gave them their call signs and we started to patrol around the city.
In the begging not all of the officers were able to handle the radio codes and couldn't report the areas they are patrolling in, but after few examples in the radio they got it and started using their call signs properly. The whole organization was kinda messy, but wasn't that bad. During the patrol we had a suspect, but he was accidently car killed by one of our units.
At around 21:50 I called all the units that joined the Organised Patrol to gather up at Dukes Police Department and lined them up again. When they arrived I said few words about the way the whole patrol went and thanked the officer for participating and released them.
We didn't have many situations and suspects, but it helped freecops to improve their teamwork and to handle the radio codes. It was a good example for them. It increased their knowledge, coordination and organization abilities. This was my first O.P. and it was kinda hard to deal with so muny officers and to keep them calm, I hope I can do better next time.
