Description of events:
So i had a fight with a random guy for some odd reason he just attacked me and this cop tried to stop us so he told us to stop and we stoped. The guy i was fighting with said "he said some shit about my mother, lemme hit him" and the officer said "ok you can hit him" or other. If police was made to protect and save the day then this won't really happen
