You need to be patient... Patience is one of the most important things you need to have to get in ARPD.

To become a cadet you must have Patient its one of the most important thing required to become cadet/Officers. Other people hardly get replys in their applications.

(Hint: The more you patrol with other officers the more you will get replys, I'm an example for you, I tried that and I ended with 33 replys in my application which I'm really proud of my self and I appercaite it)

There are more reasons to speed.
Example: You are delivering a person to the hospital as you didn't have the time to wait for paramedics (Your partner got shot)

I advise spending more time learning the rules and laws of the server and region.

I believe you need more time to get an idea how SAPD operates (we the guys in dark blue!).

Learn the regulations and carry out cop work to the best of your ability in the meantime.  This will give you the experience to make it into SAPD and will also give you a chance to really see if its what you want.
