I think you need to learn the rules a bit mate. You shouldn't shoot an unarmed suspect who is standing still. Also you need to read the script at the top before sussing someone because I'd already answered your question! Apart from that good luck mate

Excuse me? I was already an cadet in exam.
I know all the rules and I dont abuse.. 
So i dont know where you are talking about.
And I never shoot an standing still suspect, I always hit them with my nitestick if they didnt surrendered yet.
