Autobiography (One hundred words minimum): Belta Kelon, a well settled guy who was born in the hospital of Los Santos. I had a home near Richman. My father was the Captain of an Army. He always wished and used to say me; "Never judge a book with it's cover". I couldn't understand this quotation when I was kid. Anyways..My mother was an House lady but before the merriage, She was a Doctor, A senior doctor. Our life was good. I kept getting education about Computer Sciences. I learnt everything that needs to be learnt. I was tought hacks to keep your company safe in stress or during any robbery. After I completed my education, I decided to apply for a Military force, the force where my father was captain. I got accepted into it, and became a less rank lower than Captain. I was under my own father. He was pretty happy with me. Once, my father was told to go to get some illegal groups drugs. My father took away his force to catch hundred of drug dealers. After 3 hours and 23 minutes, I got a phone; "Mr.Kelon?" I replied with "Yes." A sharp and deep voice comes; "Your father is dead!".
I did know that that wasn't an ordinary death, It was a murder. I couldn't do the same as others do, your family is dead, to take revenge you start killing other families for you.. No! I wanted to be lawful so I remained as my father was related to law. Anyways, I should start my life while remain a lawful citizen, hence I decided to join the police force. I changed my residence to Downtown.

If you got skills, others will judge it on their own. You don't need to tell them you're this or that. Also, I got enough experience to go with SAPD. I served my whole year for it and I think I have knowledge of every basic thing.
Why do you wish to continue progressing in the SAPD? (One hundred words minimum): Since SAPD has changed it's rule, so no one can be free cop now. I didn't like this way that anyone who used to join the server, he used to go to SAPD, just passes a test and gets on cop duty lol. I just want to come back on track with SAPD as it has Quality officers now, instead of quantity officers.
As I have already quit my criminal records, and have no longer a single contact with any organisation, I have a straight way to prove myself without the hesitation of those organisations. The knowledge I have would be enough to continue with you. I gotta do many new role play scenarios by the new rule that was given.
