My Expectations and One Skype Call Away

Howdy SAPD,

I want to make my expectations clear to all officers. First and foremost thank you all for what you do on a day to day basis. I am always more than happy to work for you. To elaborate I will put in the efforts to fix any problems that you may be having and you can always contact me for any questions and ideas. In return I want to make it clear that you don't work for me. You guys work with me and we all work as a team but if I don't know what the problem is I can't fix it. For example if you need any gear in game because you can't afford it let me know or if there is an any officer higher than you or same rank as you not doing their job don't be afraid to come to me. Always remember Integrity first - doing what's right when nobody is looking and honesty. I also want to make it clear I am one skype phonecall away. You can call me anytime there is high priority situation happening such as C30, 207, etc. That is if more units are required. I challenge you all to do the same return. My name on skype is Tinmothy Manners. No chain of command is required for this but just remember "if needed." I've noticed a lot of inactivity and I think being one skype call away voluntarily can increase activity a little bit. Sometimes I fail to see backup calls on the ARPD Comms in time because I was busy doing something else in real life. If I was like paged I would had responded. I hope to continue looking forward of working with you all. Don't ever hestitate to contact me for anything. At the same time I do want Sergeants to be Sergeants,  Supervisory Officers to be Supervisory Officers, Senior Officers so on and so forth.
