As you can see, I was not very professional myself towards Captain Drix and I man enough to admit that.
And i have to be professional against you so, thanks for your VERY DEEP input TinMan  :app:
I'm sure the public and the Officers who worked with me, will find all of your... words appropriate and truthful!

With all this negatively, i almost forgot to thank the people who congratulated me. Thank you, very much!

Also
Congratulations from an ol' veteran, Drix!  :D

You've come a long way (and I sure as hell remember! ) in all these ARPD years, and all the visible effort you place in the SAPD packed with that sort of experience make you a damn fine leader; it surely isn't needed to tell you all the burdens the Chief rank entails, so best of luck (and all of the world's patience!) to you!
Some truthful words from a true veteran, thank you Marco means allot :)

San Andreas Police Department - NOW AT RISK

Happy Halloween! Oh wait.....did I forget to congratulate Drix?

First of all thank you for those who actually "protect and serve the citizen of Argonath" on a day to day basis as our MOTTO states. I am very passionate towards our MOTTO! Your new Chief does not exactly agree with that motto and his main mission is about completing forum work. Basically now SAPD has came down to is forum work or get out. Is that what you all want is to be slaving away volunteering countless hours writing paperwork that does not affect anything in game, and when you could be tactically preparing yourself to be ready for any unexpected major accidents or incidents happening in the game? Shouldn't leadership be able to already know who is inactive or active in game without doing activity checks, and should command staff kick inactive officers? These are questions to all be considered.

If that was the case, I'm sure the entire Department would be empty of officers by now, including myself. People have lives and the current command staff understand that. However just like always, extended inactivity without notice is frowned upon and eventually becomes actionable through demotion. At least here, you were allowed a chance, which you, yourself rejected and chose instead to resign. Therefore I don't think it is accurate to come in as if you've found the smoking gun, especially when that can be interpreted as defending your own agenda.

In addition, I have seen multiple officers AFK in game for hours on the forums. Once someone in game needs help when they are being robbed/kidnapped they don't get help! Instead you are writing a post about trucking operations or about K9s or some dumb-shit whenever you could be saving lives! When I was a Supervisory Sergeant, I spent most of my time in game being the on-scene commander for any major accidents or incidents and always on alert! I would always get my colleagues tactically prepare for the unexpected. Leadership today only work for themselves and they do not work for you. That is not how leadership should operate. They should work for you and at the same time leadership and you all work together! Leadership can not do it without you and you can not do it without leadership. When I was a Supervisory Sergeant I did not care how many awards you have, the stripes on your sleeve, the color of your skin you were, I treated everybody all the same and issued everyone armor and weapons who were doing their job effectively that needed it the most! Sorry, did I just admitted of breaking a procedure? Try going on a patrol with Drix, Lionel Valdez, Jack Cortez,They will be AFK most of the time in-game because when you are trying to patrol with them they are always on the damn forums. This is one of the major problems with SAPD today.

I'm sure we can all point fingers here, TinMan. However, if this is not as serious of a job as you're making it out to be (hint: it isn't), then does it really matter if people choose to do what they want to do? Take a read at every board at your disposal, there's not a single place which specifies you must be active on forums, it is recommended, because it draws attention to your work as an officer. Lacking knowledge required for your role in the Department is another story.

Second of all, I am not sure if you are all aware of this but your new Chief Drix got promoted from Sergeant to Captain in one single promotion. How is that fair to others holding a rank higher than them? It is not. Just because you have done a little bit of forum work it should not make you a Captain within a promotion. I have seen Drix lead units in-game his planning takes forever! There were a couple of operations that I have been with. He had all the units come to the S.F.P.D. and I even timed this one of them too. It took him 26 minutes just to get the units formed up, geared up, and briefed while having all units still stand there and suspects escaping by the time we left the department all suspects escaped. Whenever I do an operation my goal is to only take up 10 minutes and once that 10 minutes is up it is GO time - no questions asked. I brief units on the way to the scene! Because we are here to protect this MOTTO, right??!?!?!?! If you are not ready available within 10 minutes or can not prepare units in 10 minutes you are just worthless to the SAPD!

This is where I begin to stop taking you seriously. I have had a lot of respect for you in the past, however this is as low as you can get towards someone, in a game above all else. I have known Drix for a long time now and I know if there's someone right now who can haul SAPD out of a slum that it has been in, it's him. Despite his real life obligations (we all have those, remember?) he has stuck by the SAPD in the end and done it well, in his own way. That doesn't give you the right to judge him publicly, based on one occasion which you would like to use to challenge him for his position.

Third of all, Chief Drix records have showed that he is not a dedicated officer to the San Andreas Police Department. On May 11, 2014, he was fired by Chief Mike Sangelo for incompetence because he left us for Disney land!

Name: [Rstar]Drix
Current rank: Senior Officer
Reason: Inability to fulfill S/O duties - failure to reply to activity check
Punishment: Removed from the SAPD

If this is how petty it can get, perhaps I should begin pulling out your record as well, what do you say? Funny how you can make things work in your favour, right?

This is the same reason what he was trying to fire me for however before he could ever fire me I decided to leave the SAPD. As a Captain he should had listen to some of my ideas I was proposing so that this does not happen in the future again. Did you know there are over 40+ officers that have been fired due to failure to reply to an activity check? Hell some of them were still active in game! In addition I was an in-field Supervisory Sergeant only and I only knew the things that mattered. The things that could save many civilians and officer lives and I was able to share it with the rest of you all! Especially it also mattered when shit was hitting the fan.

After this, I do not think anyone will give you the respect required to listen to you again. Being an "in-field" (whatever that means) Supervisory Sergeant doesn't mean to sit on Mulholland intersection all day. Let's not forget you were not being fired while we're at it, you chose to resign, now you're spreading false information. Drix is still being courteous towards you despite this, remember that.

Which does bring me this. Drix may not have the brightest ideas when it comes to tactics! I will present you with a video during a SWAT Operation. He suggested to use pepper spray when breaching a small interior 4 SWAT members against 5 suspects - good thing he was not SWAT commander at the time otherwise we would had all been dead.  Please enjoy watching this video.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9SqE7-Ip30k&feature=youtu.be

You know this because your expertise is in being a SWAT Commander right? I'm sure if you had been in SWAT half as long as Drix, you would know his reasons.

As you can see, I was not very professional myself towards Captain Drix and I man enough to admit that. That is because I can not respect someone who gets promoted that fast and I never will! I don't care if your name is Celso Williams but at least Celso Williams is a dedicated member of the police force. He was even demoted but now he is working his ass off and doing the best he can! Celso has a great balance between forum work and game work. Talk to him about all that. I personally am 90 percent game work and maybe 10 percent forum work. I am not saying all forum work is bad but most of it is a waste of time.

Last but not least.....Lets all be honest here and not trying to sound too cocky or anything SAPD has lost one of the best dedicated officers of all time! Finally I just want to ask yourself and you can debate it yourself. After reading all of this the question stands. Is Drix competent to run the department of SAPD?

Next time try not embarrass yourself, this was seriously in bad taste.

I am not a conformist! We are too free in America! If this server ran in a capitalistic way instead of having one leader making all the decisions. One too many is  with the current leader and getting their way in SAPD. Officers would had stayed within the department but unfortunate as you can see your older officers are stepping-down. Drix knows how to do forum work and that is why he is forcing it down peoples throat but when it comes to in-field operations he is sadly incompetent period dot. Maybe you should learn whats going on before jumping to conclusions young man.  :gandalf:
