1. He was scared about being a Liuetenant.
2. Lost intrest more or likely because of real life.
3. Quit this propaganda shit targeted towards Drix, I've held my cool for you and I like you TinMan but this ain't fair on Drix tryna deface him, sorry but you ain't gonna do nothing to change his position, stop sitting on the forums digging flies out of shit, Drix is cheif face it. After all we are here to play a game, not to upset one another because "he got a higher rank" "he don't deserve it" what are we 5? As the saying is, take it in your stride and move on.

Let's get back to the main focus which is Jake.

Drix has nothing to do with myself resigning from SAPD he was actually the reason I stayed longer and he was the person who got me motivated again. Don't blame him cuz what he did to me is what he did to many others. Motivating everyone and showing an great example!

You where probably the most on field Lieutenant from all of us, this came unexpected but I understand the reasons what ever they maybe, this game gets boring maybe in a few months we'll be able to see you active, who knows?

Now all you got is to look into the future, and good luck.

Be yourself; everyone else is already taken.

Jake,

You have always dedicated yourself to do your best in whatever was thrown at you with every position you held. I had no doubts from the beginning that you will be a potential command member in the future. I saw you work hard, listen and learn continuously to improve yourself to provide the best leadership possible to your officers. I must say it was a pleasure working with you and seeing you prosper as one of the most loyal and committed members of the department. Loosing interest is one of the most common reasons to quit something and take a break to do other things that are more interesting for the time being. You might regain your interest in the future, if you do, I hope to see you return with the energy you had when you started. This police community will miss a great friend. If you need anything, you know where to find me. Good luck Jake!

Damn, tough to see this. Decided to come and have a look here only to see you resigned. I'm a bit sad you didn't mention me when you were Senior/Supervisory and I was a Sergeant but I'm sure that wasn't the most reputable moment in the department!

Anyways, best of luck Jake. I'm happy you made it into SWAT and got Lieutenant, feels like I was really helping you out in the last couple days before you got Sergeant.
