Im officer Jack Willams and here are some reasons to be checked,

First of the reasons i did not shoot that individual or come in contact, and the others are listed;

Yes indeed for two days he was making the SAPD truble and such as soon i showed up on duty i saw him with 3 individuals in his white infernus / listed as witneses in his complaint/ he was chased down towords East Beach while arrested and with all his co-operators. Than he came back wanting to do more chases and such but i refused at that time i was with Kevin Parker we continued with our patrol. After we ignored this there was a situation at GS9 as usual shoot outs, he came there wanting to provoke us as he assualted 2 officer's and left the scene and he was later on pursued, the officer who was assualted later on died in the incident due to a shootout at GS9 / that was me/. After that he was pursued to Whetstone and he opend fire at LEO's after that he was  decased. But i was not at scene.

i saw him with 3 individuals in his white infernus
Infernus has only two seats.

I was of course meaning at the situation at Whetstone, which I doubt you were not present at the scene. I will contact the witnesses as soon as possible.

I'm probably not the best witness to ask. I have short term memory loss, and I usually don't remember the names of suspects I chase due to the high amount of pursuits I get involved in. The last pursuit I remember being involved in at Whetstone involving an Infernus happened in the woodlands and I only remember it because I was the unit that disabled the vehicle by ramming it. I do not remember if this was Mr. Cortez or someone else, nor do I remember if the suspect was KIA or taken alive. Also note I have shadowplay running all the time for reasons like this and I certainly would have saved the last 5 minutes of footage had I personally witnessed foul play.

I wish I could remember more but my memory has went foo-bar over the years. I hope Tom Adams remembers more.

Can't you upload the footage? I'll have a talk with Tom to post here as well.
