Overview:
So i didnt expect that number of officers at first, it was awsome betweeen it was a mess casue they were all comming with cruisrrs and parking then they lined up as youll see in pic, i was like "wtf" , i thought it will end with somle rule breaks x) but everything went weell, they were listening and i was really happy that they were asking questions cause i believe that it would help them, i tried to talk to them in diffrent way, not like a the leader and i do control everything, i just was like a friend, i started correcting many mistakes in pulling over for example and those staffs, and then i start feeling that they get little bored, so i came up with an idea that i believe it helped them :D, its was organising groups of officer and in every group two officers, and then i start asking simple questions, and every one answered correctly get rewards, like 50$ 100$ 200$, that way they will try to listen and to answer and that way they will remember for sure the answer they missed, and finally it ended by explain code by Officer caster, special thanks for im and for his support. i hope that just added something to them, i hope that i corrected their mistakes and thats to make sure that no civilian get treated bad from an officer.
