When did you join Argonath RPG? I joined Argonath in 2016 December I just played like 1 or 2 days then I left playing and I did rejoined in 2017 July 29 and still playing.
How long have you played VC:MP? Since 2015
On average, how many hours a week do you play on Argonath VC:MP? I've not played a week in Argonath yet but I most active in server so think I play 120 Hours less/more.

Why do you want to join the VCPD? Well,being a cop I think its is perfect for me.I love patrolling,I really like to catch&kill criminals and clean the city.I also had much success with my VCPD friends.I also have some friends in VCPD I like to name them: Ray_Corbin,xioa,=AV=Hype,Huntsman and Kessu.I like to meet some more of my seniors.
Which areas of police work do you most enjoy? Taking down criminals,Jailing criminals and Clearing the streets.
How can you contribute to the VCPD? Team,Loyal and Intelligence.

Why would you suddenly change your mind? You haven't even had your first session yet. You are a great addition to the team and it would be sad to see you go back on your word. We need people here more than ever and with your abilities you could go up the ladder of ranks really quickly if you were to pass the academy. I am giving you a chance to reconsider.

While I might understand that you are a little disappointed by my own crappy activity for the past few days, I'll let you know that I have a four day work shift in which I work for eleven hours a day and simply can't get in game because I return tired as hell. Senior Officer Stalker and Sergeant Sevrin are perfectly capable of advancing you through the academy, hence it surprises me that they haven't, to which I'll talk to them about.

Please bear in mind that yes, we are aware that our activity isn't the best as of late, and hence why we need you here. Once again, think through carefully and think if that is really the choice you want to take. Other command members are speaking highly of you and it would be a shame to see you leave.

Being a Cop is great.But the money is the important thing,I were need it to buy some properties and vehicles.Cop fund is not enough to get big money & benefits and hard way to earn (I like the hard way's but money).

When I join server not much officials officers are regular where I'm alone one who can't take down criminals easily.

Please don't lock this topic I'm really thinking about this situation.

Police pay outs are fair enough. Killing a suspects earns you a thousand, while jailing earns two. Ofcourse, you can get even more if the suspects wanted level is greater. We are also working on getting more income for police officials. IT might be in the near future that returning confiscated weapons might also end in Financial reward. Some rewards are given out by our own initiative from our own funds. For example Officer XyZ was awarded a 2500ARD pay out for outstanding desk work. However, we do not want you to be motivated by Money either. So give it much thought. If the only motivation that will drive you to serve will be Money, then you might also consider leaving. We need dedicated people.

I'd like to ask you to give us a final decision within 48 hours. We already gave you enough time on our part.

Just received a heads up that youre a criminal most of the time anyways. That alone itself is violation of our policies (performing criminal acts while Cadet). We need dedicated people, not those who change their mind every 24 hours. Therefore I took a decision for you.
