The Fidelity Medal is awarded to Tactical Response Unit Operatives who have served this Department in a long time veteran period of 2 years with great activity to the team and always being on stand-by. Putting the protection for the Citizens of Liberty City at their first priority in being safe and secure. Awarded: Spoiler (Click to expand) Sergeant Brian Gale Operative Frank Harris - The Tactical Response Unit Driving Proficiency Bar is issued to those who have been certified as an expert driver with their driving skills and capabilities to the team in part of the (H.S.U) department. Awarded: Spoiler (Click to expand) Lieutenant Dway - The "Training Instructor Ribbon" is an award of the United States of Argonath Law Enforcement that recognizes any member of the Law Enforcement of N.O.O.S.E T.R.U Division who completes at least a year long tour of duty as a Training Instructor. The award may be issued retroactively to any service member who meets the criteria as long as they were on active duty or a member of a reserve command.
