Cadet Gunnar Bjorck (Dominic_Torreto) is currently on Session 2: Pursuit Tactics. Cadet has mastered the PIT manouver, has been explained the pursuit procedures and has been shown how to use spike strip. However, Cadet has a great lack of flying skills. Hence why Cadet is to take extensive Police Maverick piloting training before this Session can be passed.

Ray Corbin is a SWAT Operative and is allowed to provide Session 3 for Cadets. Ray, make sure to follow the academy guide for Session 3 in the Headquarters.

I don't want Cadet Bjork to give session 3. He is very new in game, barrly knows how to even move in fights. I have already trained and told him the things to do while fighting. No one can learn the tips I told in two days, you can't have your session 3 before 5th September, 2017. You asked me for session while I was goingto take you was fighting like barbie so I had to leave your session and train you. It was like a failure in session 3 but I did not do that.
After 5th September, any SWAT Operative+ can take your session 3.

A miscommunication between me and Sergeant Sevrin. As we're experimenting with a little bit different way of teaching things, you're free to take Session 3 as soon as you like by any SWAT Operative +. Keep in mind that an academy staff representative (Only me or Sevrin at this time) must be present if the session is being issued by a non-academy member.

Your VCPD badge is 100% irrelevant outside of Vice City. You do not have any jurisdiction or say with the other departments, and also technically cadet is not yet part of the VCPD.

Know your role and do not attempt to step beyond the boundaries of your rank again.
