I will be active only on weekends for 3hours a day.

3 hours per day only during weekends means 6 hours in total. Some of our members make that in a day. For such activity, you can remain as a recruit, because you can't fulfill your SAPD duties with such activities. I suggest you find a solution (if possible), or we will have to deny you.

How many hours are needed?

For you to advance through the Academy and everything, at least 2-3 hours everyday.

I cant do that much I am really sorry... I can come 1hour 30mins max per day and near 3 to 4 hrs on weakends(14hrs total a week). That must be sufficient.
