As far as I am concerned, this took place during a roleplay situation. Therefore, the evidence is lacking in that regard.
There's completely no proof of this taking place evidence wise. You've roleplayed starting a tape recorder, yes, but you started recording after the fact. Tape recorders can't record the past. They only record whatever is said once they've been turned on.
 We do not want to discourage our officers from roleplaying, therefore, unless the complainant updates this complaint with valid roleplay evidence, I don't see it going anywhere.

There is no rulebreak here so I don't see why he should be warned. This is purely a roleplay scenario and is reported as unprofessional behavior on duty.

Considering the reported Cadet is no longer part of the Academy, VCPD will not issue any punishments against him, but he will be forbidden from attempting to re-apply in the near future.
