I've never had the chances to deal with you before, but you seem to be very well known to the rest of the command staff. They think you should be denied outright. See, I am not that kind of a person though.

That was until I saw your history here. You had six applications out of which three were withdrawn for no reason whatsoever and three were rejected for inability to follow simple instructions. Through your previous stay here you've shown severe incompetence on the field, such as complete inability to drive, learn and understand the academy material. On top of all of it, you seemed to have problems with subordination. Besides, I have not seen you in game since summer.

So what has changed? Why should I bother with you?
The fate of this application depends on your response, so I suggest you think it through.

Last time I saw you play you couldn't pilot a heli for more than 10 seconds until you hit a building.

You also couldn't catch me when I was going slow as f**k because you took every lamppost along the street with you.

Considering you haven't been active since I doubt you're any better right now.

	Cadet: Session: #3: Combat Tactics Duration: 1.5 hrs Grade: 9/10 Passing Requirement: 8/10	Cadet did well. While his combat skills still leave room for a lot of improvement, he tackled the tasks issued to him at ease. He knows and understands what is taught to him, was attentive and passed all the requirements. Cadet has also shown an impressive survivability in combat during a jewelry robbery in which we were heavily outnumbered, but have managed to tackle anyways. The original score was 8/10, but an additional point was issued for great performance in a heist operation. Keep it up Cadet.
