And how many of these people are still in VCPD? Most of them resigned within a relatively short period after getting accepted to return to criminal life. Several of these people were allowed to return time after time only to disappoint us by going criminal again. You can thank these people for contributing to our reluctance of accepting former criminals. As far as we are aware - such people have no perception of loyalty and integrity.

Jimmy was never originally a criminal to begin with. He has SAPD experience which contributed to our trust in him. He has in a relatively short period of time proven to us that he is serious about joining VCPD, and hence why he has been successful. You, on the other hand - I have not even once seen you in game, not to mention on cop duty. 

Speaking of Fischetti, you argue that you are joining because your former criminal crew no longer operates in Vice City. I have a good reason to believe that they might be making a come back in the future. How can we trust you will not change flags like most of your kind have done in the past once Fischetti comes back active?

And this is not about Amal, this is not about Jimmy. It's about you. You are the one who needs to convince me that you will not turn out to be a colossal waste of time for our Academy staff.

Besides, you have not fixed your application yet. Once again - how can I trust you with serving the VCPD if such a simple instruction does not seem to be clear for you?

So far your activity and dedication remain a subject to questioning. Your activity has been very poor. You logged in for the first time after being accepted today, and instead of sticking around and helping your would-be collegues, you decided to quit five minutes into the game mid-pursuit. We are looking for dedicated and active officers who are sure about a career in law enforcement. So far I am not impressed at all by what I saw.
