Apologies for coming in, but I figured I should quote Kessu.

If you go AFK as a wanted suspect, the cop can report or just kill you, I'm OK with doing either or both. This is as long as they give you a chance to surrender and do not shoot within say 10 seconds of doing that while the criminal stands still with no response. Trying to abuse this to report cops as a criminal however, will net you a nice little punishment.

It's a dick move going AFK in middle of a roleplay with no explanation what so ever and such behavior will not be tolerated at all.

It looks to have been perfectly fine, according to Kessu. This is only as long as Panzer gave two warnings and waited ten seconds between each warning.

We at VCPD are setting a new level. We are rolemodels for all police officers and so we expecting a good level of professionlism from our cadets.

The cadet should have shown more professionalism and patient. We do not need to kill suspects who are standing still and are not a threat. We are setting the example.

Going AFK in a middle of roleplay, especially while wanted and being interacted with by the police, is not only a rulebreak, but an asshole move in general. VCPD Officers are allowed to use nighstick to force suspects into surrendering even if they are standing still, as long as they're not showing any signs of compliance. They are not allowed to use any firearms against a standing still suspect under any circumstances, which I believe is the procedure most of you are mixing this situation up with.

Cadet did nothing wrong. He warned the suspect to surrender several times. He did not surrender, therefore, Cadet had all the right to use his nighstick to force the suspect into submission. Doesn't matter if he was AFK. You do not go AFK when being interacted with without letting the other party know. Obviously emergencies can occur at any given moment, but in that case you let the other party know that you are about to go AFK and ask them to wait instead of displaying nine layers of arrogance and ignorance.

The big problem that I saw during the dueling part of the session though, is that your survivability is very low, because as I told you, your movement is extremely predictable. Moving unpredictably is extremely important, because if your opponent can consistently know what you're going to do, he will always be 2 steps ahead of you, which will lead to you getting killed. Always change the way you move and shoot, surprise the opponent, confuse him, and that will lead to your victory. You have where to improve, and you know exactly where. Keep that in mind so you get better, and when you'll retry the session, i'm sure you will pass it. Also, fix your ping.

Actually I told you that we have no time sir as the suspect is near me and I only saw your radio message late so there's no chance to stop and you're far away from me so I have to go back that distance and thus the suspect will evade, I also I told you to take the cruiser and intercept.
Another thing, thanks to me I disabled the suspect's car by doing lagram with my HPV (my AU destroyed during pursuit so I had to chase with a land vehicle). but afetr getting out of his vehicle he killed us all :P
theres another thing I want to say(when in pursuit) that you did knock didnt pay attention in road with cheetah and knocked me down while I was in bike, that was a big mistake that made us loose the suspect.

Let me make this very clear to you: Smaug is your supervisor, as he's a Senior Officer and part of Senior Staff, therefore trusted with micro-managing the academy in matters such as ensuring satisfactory field performance. If you're being told to improve on something, you swallow your pride and do it. If you do not do it, he has all the rights to warn you for disobedience.

You misunderstand me.
I am backing up what Kessu says. You've been observed to abandon your comrades in situations, rage quitting whenver it gets too hard for you. Not only does this ruin our image, but is unprofessional overall. You're supposed to try your hardest, not rage /q whenever it gets too hard for you..

You have a lot of potential to become a good officer. You are dedicated and active. But it's these few things that keep holding you back. Man up, Cadet, and start showing us what you truelly can do.
