SAPD Cheifs and ofcourse the Administrator Kaltsu are also able to to change your forum rank, but I assume you would have to show a certification that you really are an employee of the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

The APRD forums need to update FBI ranks with their system, and find a way to list cadets, officers, agents, etc. which have multiple ARPD ranks on multiple servers, (such as MTA:VC Officer, SA:MP Cadet, VC:MP Freecop, MTA:SA FBI Agent, and so forth...).
