Extended Response:
radon, your abilities were never questioned, and after leaving your criminal past behind, you have really shown yourself nothing less than capable of being a VCPD officer.
Only thing that I told you, and want to repeat myself, that has room for improvement, is the general driving, both the cruisers and the cheetah; Play around with the turning, understand how much and when you need to use the brakes, or the handbrake.

I won't say I wasn't disappointed when you failed the exam the first time, but you have absolutely redeemed yourself this time around. Good job!
