      Greetings everyone,

      It has been a relatively long journey full of experiences and situations. I learned a lot of things and went through a lot of struggles, but I did make it this far. I would like to thank everyone for the moments they gave me and everything that they taught me.

      Trane Kiedis - you became the Chief by the time I had applied for the Department. I remember back in the days when I was just a newbie and we used to patrol together. You'd always be ready to help me around with what you could. Now that I was officially in SAPD, I worked for you, as you helped me a lot through my steps of career, advised me, protected me. Thank you.

      Lionel Valdes - best Administrative Leader the Department has ever had and ever will. You always encouraged me and were there to help me out whenever I was unsure about certain decisions. I wish we could have worked even more together, but the moments we have passed are already priceless. Thank you.

      Taseen - my very dear Commander. You got me into STAR and trained me. Since the beginning, STAR was my dream, and my goal was to reach high in it, thing that I did with your help. You were always there to help when needed, and trusted me with more than I deserved for my position in many cases. Hopefully, I haven't disappointed you. Thank you.

      John Collin - the reason why I applied for SAPD. You and the rest of your partners DMed me on plain sight after a roleplay situation, which made me join SAPD and change the things from inside. You have been a dear friend since then, even though we had our ups and downs near the end. Thank you.

      Wayne Harrelson/Kenny Rixton - you have been one of my best mates in SAPD. We went through a lot of shit together and managed to get out of it alongside each other. I wish you hadn't disappeared and had been there when I needed you the most, but I feel happy that you got out and didn't have to handle the mud being thrown on you anymore. Thank you.

      Jay Hunter - I wonder if you'll ever see this though. You are the man that got me into SWAT, every officer's dream, and trained me, helping me through till I became an Operative. It was sad that you had to resign due to what we were going through. Thank you.

      Kevin Parker - my favorite Egyptian, and an other one of my best mates in SAPD. Always funny, happy and could fix my mood within seconds. You even were the reason why Kenny and I could deploy SWAT more as Rookies, which turned boring nights into fun-times! Thank you.

      Gregory Parker - an other person from the golden team, my best mates in SAPD, or at least the old Younes I knew. All the burden on your shoulders made you change a bit into a colder version, but you're still in there for sure. We've had a lot of great moments, as the first thing that runs through my mind when I think of you is "team work". You helped me a lot with that and I appreciate it. Thank you.

      Andrew Banks - you truly are a little bit of everything. You got a temper and could rage easily, but you do know how to get over it and keep going on with cooperation. You've always been there when needed, advising and helping out. Negotiating is your thing, as you talk everything out. I am glad I could work with you and for you. Thank you.

      JoshThePenguin - I don't even know how we got so attached together, but you truly are one of my most favorite, if not the most, people in Argonath. We've had such great moments and hopefully we will keep having great moments either way. Hope you get better soon! Thank you.

      Dexter Smith - the Navigator! Always trying and trying, never giving up, and achieving what you desire. That's what everyone should have if they wish to move on. You have a lot to learn along your way, but you too have taught me plenty of things yourself. Thank you.

      Jeremy Hinners - an other piece of the A-team and my best mates in SAPD! We used to patrol a lot together during your beginnings as a police officer, and we were even planning on recording and uploading videos of us operating on the field. One of the best shooters I've seen in SAPD and Argonath in general, always friendly and willing to help. Thank you.

      Jared Rowland - the man who did it again! You too have a temper, but it doesn't tear our relationship apart at all! One of the best shooters SAPD has, yet you have to work a bit more on the paperwork (duh). We've had a lot of great moments together. Thank you.

      Mark McDane - my unwanted Deputy Commander. I wanted you to by my Deputy though, but at the right time. We used to be a lot close to each other, as you opened up to me for a lot of things related to you, your IRL experiences and such. I am sad we couldn't work for a longer period together. Thank you.

      Jason Dilworth - the man who taught me a lot of how undercover duties are carried out in Argonath with your Task Force. We had great moments as a team, till FBI decided to ruin it by exposing us, and the anger pushed you to not-well-thought decisions which led into your removal. Sad, understandable, but still wrong. Yet, it doesn't shade the real Jason, the hard-working officer who cares a lot. Thank you.

      Dimos Collin - the most hardworking law enforcer SAPD could ever had. Every leader would need a man like you. You have struggled a lot with your typing and talking issues, but people have to understand that it is heart what matters. You have a pure heart and a bright mind, as well as you're devoted into everything that you do. Keep that up and never surrender. Thank you.

      Jake Parker - you came out of nowhere, yet you quickly managed to show your skills and heart. You are a great person. I know you sometimes say you wanna take some bits of me, as sometimes you know you gotta be Chester, but do not try to force yourself. Be who you are and stick to that, either others like it or not.

      Frederick Collin - the STAR member who gave me my sessions, which happened really quick. I was actually accepted into STAR in the morning, we did the sessions, all of them, in about 1-2 hours, and in the evening I passed the exam, getting promoted to Pilot Officer. What you have done for me and the Department is unforgettable, yet you have a little issue with yearning a lot of power but not working for it. However, that doesn't mean you are a bad person. Thank you.

      Tyrone - "code 30 omg im getting shotted at!" You do need a lot of experience, but you learn very quick if you work hard for it. Never give up, keep going and trying and you will achieve what you desire. We've had great moments together for as long as you've been around, but you can't fly for shit though. Thank you.

      Kristopher Jones - the officer who left because of me, and yet, came back after understanding it was for his best. You have potential and can achieve a lot. Just work for it, but don't brag around a lot. Thank you.

      John Ley - the potential in you was great, but it is sad how you had to disappear. You can achieve a lot if you truly want to and work for it, and I hope that you return to finish what you've started. Thank you.

      Badandy - unfortunately we haven't worked a lot together, but you are a great officer by as far as I've seen. SAPD really needs you and I hope you stick around for as much as you can. Thank you.

      Bas McCane - it's good to know that you have chosen the law's side on this one. You do have a lot of potential and you can achieve a lot by making the right choices and sticking around. Thank you.

Every command member has their own way to deal with situation. Some are strict and some are soft. I know this isn't the first time you were copbanned and you heck learned alot from your past experience. It all depends on how longer you can keep up your spirit and fight with all those negativity that comes across you. Resigning is just declaring the fact that you cannot fight anymore for yourself and giving up.

Okay so, I know you do not like myself posting here. I have known you for a few months now. No one could deny the fact that you tried to make the department better and worked hard for it. And your step down a few months ago was something not hard for you as it is fairly understandable. It is not easy to throw away everything you worked for and go down two ranks because you were left alone to do everything when the department was in its worst status.
When you were two ranks down and holding the rank of a Senior Officer you were doing such an amazing job and were nice with everyone around you. Everyone liked your character. And then you got promoted to Sergeant again which honestly changed you and I am sure you are well aware of that as multiple people did tell you that.
Anyway, I hope that one day in the future you will come back to San Andreas Police Department with the Chester that used to be back when he was a Senior Officer.

I can say the day has finally came. You’ve spared the SAPD of your horrible personality traits, despite the average work you did as a police officer. After continuous reports - all of them mostly ignored due to the hatred on the FBI (the SAPD command literally washed their hands and chose their side and chose to protect you despite the solid evidence provided. It wasn’t an analysis of what you did, but what we were for the SAPD) than to a lack of evidence, in which in any serious command would warrant an immediate dismissal for you - you’ve chosen to leave this department and finally not be a negative weight to your fellow colleagues. I hope you take this time now to reflect on your actions and how you could improve - not as a police officer, but as a person, as a human. This is a sincere wish, even though you and other guys in that department may still hold an unjustified hatred on us, which i really don’t care. As long as you figure the facts only, and not place your emotions and unrationality over them, you will realise the mistakes you’ve committed (both, as a police officer and a person), and at least i expect you perform a critical review on yourself on these.

Honestly, Chester, i've thrown the shit on the fan here for your own good. You and your mistakes have been pampered through your entire path in the department, instead of appropriately punished so you would learn from the shock of the punishiment. I sincerely hope you can take this time to perform the critical review i suggested and improve in all means. Not to return to the SAPD, not to acheive artificial ranks, but to improve as a human being, which is, after all, the most important. Do not take this post as an offense, and yes as a constructive criticism. Learning and improving upon critic is a virtue of men, and i am sure if you take it seriously, you'll take your time to think.
